Wake up, walk to campus and skip the gameday parking scramble. This condo is an easy one-mile walk to the football, baseball and basketball stadiums with nice, wide sidewalks. You can head to kickoff or first pitch on foot and be back in minutes.

Inside, everything is updated and new. The layout is thoughtfully designed for a small crowd with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the twin bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combo. The extra half bath is convenient when everyone is getting ready at the same time.

The living area is furnished for relaxing after the game- comfortable seating, a smart tv, and fast WI-FI. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances to make cooking easy!
