Our SINGLE level 2 BD, 1 bath Condo with 12' ceilings is located at 8000 ft in Duck Creek Village, well known as the 'Heart of Color Country'. It is nestled in a pine tree hillside and is easily accessed off of the scenic highway. This gem was just completed this Winter 2020'. The other condos we've been sharing on VRBO since 2009'. You'll have no long walks, elevators or flights of stairs when unloading your personal belongings for your vacation stay.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025Door code worked great...except the instructions to lock the door are incorrect. To lock the door you enter the code and press the lock button. Took plenty of trial and error to figure this out.The floors/carpet needed vacuuming, window sills had lots of dust, bathroom still had soap scum and what looks like mold around the grouted rim, plus some long black hairs. Ick! I wasn't thrilled with the list of chores to do at the end of the stay..strip the beds, wash, dry, put away dishes, take the trash with you? The blurb states that the cleaner is a hard working woman...NOT.

Stayed Sep 20, 2022The condo was excellent for our two nights day. Very nicely appointed with everything that you would need, just like home. Do you plan to bring your own food as the pizza place across the street is only open three days a week and the other diner was mediocre at best.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The property was quiet but also right off of the main highway. It was near good food and other local shops. Duck Creek is full of friendly people and beautiful scenery. We were there to attend a wedding but want to return as it close to Zion!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024It was a great place to stay but there were alot of tasks expected by the guest's. Take out the trash, take the sheets off the bed (which you make it sound like you only wash the sheets, i hope you are washing the whole bed!) Wash and dry all dishes.The bedding is what i didnt like the most i just wasnt sure is was clean.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024We stayed 3 nights and visited Bryce and Zion. Duck Creek Village is a perfect location in between the two. The fall colors were beautiful in the mountains during our stay the last week of September. The condo was very comfortable.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024We stayed in the condo for 3 nights. It’s the perfect location to take in the sights of Bryce, Zion, Cedar Breaks, and Strawberry Point. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!! We have already recommended to our friends and family!

Stayed Aug 22, 2024The property was clean and easy to get to my only gripe, however would be the bathroom the toilets location for tall people, not a good spot! And not enough televisions in the unit or there should be TVs in the bedrooms in my opinion as the weather was not conducive, but to stay indoors and one TV was not Ideal

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Nice little place but we expected more of the basics as far as cooking supplies- salt and pepper, cooking oil etc. The WiFi was weak or spotty which made some needed internet connection difficult/impossible.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We really enjoyed the location, the easy quick access to check in, the Condo was perfectly clean, it had everything you needed. WiFi and access to TV was a bit slow, it kept buffering or just shutting off. It was only late at night after coming back from exploring the Cedar Mountains. Overall 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed Jun 16, 2024The property was clean, and furniture comfortable. Duck Creek Village only had one restaurant open past 6 pm on Wednesday. And only one restaurant open on Monday and Tuesday so make sure to plan accordingly.
