The isolated hot tub turned our couple's vacation from good to great. The bed was very comfy, and customer service was top notch. A wonderful area to walk around - make sure you hit up Balboa Park and Hash House!

Absolutely wonderful!! This unit is part of a larger historic house (other units in it) and is exceptionally well set up. Very private and secure. The listing is accurate. It was a real pleasure to stay here. There is ample space for two people and all the essentials were provided. Ricardo is an amazing host and his attention to detail was most appreciated. Solid stay all around.

Great little apartment in a large house. Hot-tub and bikes available in private garden. Perfect for pets, easy parking, walkable neighborhood.

We loved the property, quiet, clean and just like the pics. Backyard was roomy and comfy. The jacuzzi was a relaxing bonus!

Loved the location and the property was very cute , the jacuzzi was our reason for picking this location. Would highly recommend and we will come here again. We live in Coronado and had our property rented out and needed a couple of days overlap. Worth it.

The space was beautiful and private with the backyard area exactly as pictured. Everything is spotless and clean, including the hot tub, which we really appreciated. They even had a pack n play for the baby which was so amazing. We’d love to stay again for sure!!

Nice and clean as advertised

My husband and I came to San Diego for a long weekend and stayed at the property. The property matched the pictures and description to a tee! Check-in was seamless. We drove a large Dodge Ram truck and had no problem fitting in the assigned parking spot. The backyard was very inviting and relaxing! The neighborhood was quaint, safe, and quiet. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops! The property was well appointed and we lacked for nothing. It was a great stay! Thank you!

Everything was great. It was just a tad smaller than expected and parking was a constraint and very limited around the area.

Place was just as described… Fabulous location for food, and central to so many sites around town. Communication was outstanding… Prompt, and clear Everything was just as described, check-in and parking were a breeze. I could not believe how quiet the area was… Safe to walk around, fabulous restaurants close by… And the house was absolutely immaculate Highly recommended… If I’m heading back to San Diego for work again, this will be my spot… Thanks, Ricardo for everything!!!

This rental was a good as it looks online and a lovely place to stay. It appears newly updated and the bedroom in particular is large and comfortable.The location is perfect for visiting Balboa Park, Hillcrest and is convenient to downtown activities. The large back yard boasts a pristine jacuzzi which was a great place to relax after a day of exploring San Diego. This cozy unit is perfect for a couples looking for a fun San Diego getaway.

This was our favorite vacation rental because everything was beautifully organized. From the placement of the furniture to well appointed kitchen, the place had everything that we needed. And, extras that included a hot tub and grill. The location was also perfect for lots of delicious restaurant nearby and short drives to amazing beaches.

Was in town with family for a birthday and wanted a sanctuary of my own. This place was perfect. Close to many resuturants ans bars.

This is our third visit and stay at this property. The location of this spot is perfect. Easy to walk around and short drive to other great San Diego spots. Our host, Ricardo, makes it so easy to check in and is thorough. He provides all necessary supplies and very helpful with any questions or tips. Highly recommend this spot! My partner and I stayed at this adorable property in the fantastic location of Hillcrest. Easy walk to several great restaurants. We love the backyard, especially the hot tub. We plan to stay here again you will not be disappointed.
