New Downtown Annapolis Condo With Free Parking

Great location for our stay. Close to the Yard for our MID to come stay with us. Good communication from host.

This is a charming little condo. We were here for eight days in the winter… But the location was fantastic so no problems with getting around and could’ve hopped on a trolley as well. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed the more modern aesthetic. The underground secured parking was Fantastic, never had to worry about our car. Very convenient. This condo is best suited for one couple as the second bedroom is quite small. The patio had an issue so didn’t use it as fully as I would otherwise, but it is being repaired so would it be a nice place to have a cup of coffee once fixed.

Absolutely everything about this host and home are amazing. From pre-trip communications and all the beautiful touches that make you feel like you’re at home. Amazing host, will definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The host is very responsive. Everything was clean and cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved how close it was to restaurants and places to eat. It made our trip easy and relaxing.

This property is beautifully furnished and equipped with every convenience one could wish for. The check in instructions provided by the host were fool-proof and super easy to follow. The unit itself was impeccably clean. As a native Annapolitan, I can attest that this location could not be better for walking access to local restaurants, historical sites and the famous Rams Head venue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Condo was just like the pictures on line. Condo was clean and modern. The covered porch was an added bonus. Property was within walking distance to all the attractions we were planning to visit

This place was great! We were in Annapolis for a wedding and extended our weekend for 4 day. We parked our car and never touched it again until we departed. We walked everywhere. Saw the sights enjoyed multiple pubs and restaurants. Ellen was super responsive with all our inquiries. The apartment was really well set up with so many supplies. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

New, clean, comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, felt very safe, Curate (great coffee shop) downstairs, close in location, attentive property managers.

We love walking around exploring historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, this condo was the perfect location to do so. Very modern unit with all the comforts, very quiet building. Inside parking space was a big bonus, especially during winter weather!

I had such a wonderful time in Annapolis celebrating Thanksgiving week with college friends. The location is perfect for anyone that wants to explore Annapolis. The condo was exactly as described, but what was so wonderful were the personal touches. I cannot wait to book this condo again. If I could give 11 stars I would.

Wonderful apartment. Great hosts and very easy check in/check out process. Spotless, great space (including lovely outdoor porch) with everything we could possibly need. Was perfect for our combo work remotely/vacation week, with desks in each bedroom. And we loved the location, in close walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants in the neighborhood. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect location in beautiful Annapolis in the Arts District. Walkable to everything and free public transportation as well. Could not recommend this place more.
