Excellent property! Well located, clean, and comfortable. The elevator made loading and unloading very easy. The host made the effort to communicate before our stay, and made themselves available as needed. Our group of 9 (plus 1 dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again!

The house was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better cleaner place. Also it has an elevator and that is great for carrying everything up and down.

The house was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Steve was a great host. He texted me prior to arrival and let me know he was available if we needed anything. He even came to shovel the snow for us in very cold and wet conditions. We would definitely return to this property.

We were looking for a nice place to spend Thanksgiving and this property is just what we were looking for. We needed a place that excepts dogs and had few steps. The instruction for accessing the house was outstanding and the property was exactly as described. All rooms had a big screen TV with a wide assortment of programming. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Steve was in contact through out our stay and even sent texts with what was happening over the Thanksgiving weekend.

The whole experience was fantastic! Great house, comfortable furniture/beds, well stocked and large kitchen, fabulous front porch with rocking chairs and dining table...great location...wonderful host...we loved it all and will definitely be back!

Our family had an amazing time! The property was all we expected and more Steve was extremely thorough with instructions for checking in and out and was quick to respond to our questions before, during and after our trip! The elevator was so beneficial for my parents, I don’t think we could have vacationed without it. Best of all the property is pet friendly, thank you Steve!

Easy check-in - rental was available earlier than stated time, clean and comfortable, very spacious, excellent communication from host, close to beach and shops, a perfect setting for our family gathering.

We had a great stay in OCNJ! The house worked out great for us. Easy walk to Browns and Ove’s for donuts and meals! We walked downtown, and the boards of course too (biked too!). Loved being able to bring our dogs too who enjoyed napping on the porch! Great porch to gather! Rooms, kitchen, etc all worked out great for our group! Great house rental for a multi gen family! Steve is a fantastic host! The property is clean, in a great location, and overall beautiful! I highly recommend this place for families, it fit all 10 of us comfortably! 4 adults, 5 children (ages 2-14) and a spoiled French bulldog. We will definitely be back again!

Lovely home, clean and well equipped. The owner was helpful and thorough.

Plenty of space for the eight of us at the table and at the seating by the fireplace and TV. We loved the gas fireplace. The deck was perfect for all of us hanging out on, but it was a bit too cold in December for spending much time outside. The elevator made it easy to move in and then move out. We were able to stream music through the TV sound system.Beds and furniture were all comfy. Bathrooms were all super clean and modern.Every thing seemed like new.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. House is beautiful, clean, check in was simple. Landlord was very accommodating and available for any questions or issues. Would recommend this property to anyone!

The house was beautiful, cleaned and was more than we expected. Me and my friends truly adored our stay in Ocean City and Atlantic City. The house was accessible so the drive to the beach and Atlantic City were very convenient. T he host Steve was very kind and gracious and sent out detailed info ahead of our visit which were very helpful. I will definitely rent this house again.

Great communication, awesome property

Our rental unit and owner were both simply amazing. Steve contacted me personally to assist with the seamless check in and property details. We were welcomed with an immaculate, well stocked and convenient dog-friendly condo with spacious rooms, baths and common areas. From hanging out on the porches to watching the Phillies on any of the huge televisions, our family had a wonderful time.
