    This is a beautiful apartment with everything you might need - plenty of towels, dishes, even a blender and some spices. Owner would respond within a day and was reasonable although more specific instructions about where things were within the neighborhood would have been handy (not too hard to find though). The Copala development is very nice with 2 pools (very uncrowded) and gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony. Unfortunately, the Pueblo Bonito Resorts were a pain when I was there (they apparently made a policy change on Sep 30, 2025, to not allow short term guests access to anything) and I still couldn't tell what the real policy is (I got 7 different stories from 7 people and even restaurants were a pain since no one could agree on if access was allowed) so plan on just being able to use the Copala facilities, which are nice but 2 miles from the ocean up in the hills. It's a 15-30 min drive to anywhere out of the area. Hopefully Quivira/Pueblo Bonito get their act together and realize all customers are good customers.

    The property was clean and service was great. However communication with the condo owner was terrible. Terrible host he advertised 3 bedroom and it only had 2. He was rude and unhelpful.

    We Love Copala! Great property. Nice gym, club house pool and bar. Franz's property had everything one could imagine to make your stay flawless.

    Being familiar with the Copala at Quivera, there were no negative surprises. The unit was a little short of kitchen necessities—especially silverware and other cooking essentials. Not much in the way of spices either. But the weather was great, the view was even better. Being a part of all that Sunset Beach has to offer ( church for Sunday Mass, the Market for a nice selection of dining options), filled in for what the unit itself has to offer. We are in the habit of leaving something that was needed— in this case a strainer for pasta. I woul stay here again.

    Clean, nice view, spacious, comfy bed, There were broken cabinets and broken drier which was a bummer as I wanted to wash and dry clothes

    The property is gorgeous and there’s two local pools to enjoy as well as many other pools on the property. The Sky Pool is amazing. I wish there were more details about check-in and dealing with the concierge and the shuttle drivers will literally be your worst nightmare. If you have your own car you won’t have to deal with them. Besides that, the views are breathtaking and the food available at Market ….exquisite and affordable.

    the condo was super nice. Owner really selected a good unit in our opinion. The orientation of the balcony was shaded all day with a great view of pool and ocean in the distance. Really a nice condo, building and the grounds were beautiful.
