New Central Austin Condo

Clean and homey, great stay!

Great place and great location! Would come back!!

Rich, the host was very attentive and welcoming. The amenities were very nice. The king size bed was very comfortable, I loved the coffee maker and the variety of coffee provided. The appliances all seemed new and were in great condition.I do have a couple of suggestions. Add a cheese grater, more hooks in the bathroom or bedroom for damp towels and the louvers on the air vent in the living area don't adjust. When the air comes on it blows things of the countertop. Need to be able to adjust them to tilt up. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably book the condo again.

Everything about this condo is perfect! The location; you can walk to restaurants and stores. There are sidewalks everywhere you go. It was clean and modern and Rich stocked it with everything you could possibly need. It was also very quiet. We will stay here again!

We had an impeccable stay in Austin at Rich’s place. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we could ever need for a weekend stay. The location is great, about a 10min walk to UT campus and 20min walk to Darrell K. Royal Stadium. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is safe. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean and very nice updated modern deco. Rich was great with communication. We loved the heated tile floors in the bathroom. It will be our go to place to stay when we visit family in Austin.

The condo was perfect for the two of us, and a great location for our visits to the ATX Open. The condo was clean with ideal amenities. Rich was a fantastic communicator and host - both before and during our stay. We hope to stay here again next year!

Condo was as pictured. It had all the essentials. We would definitely stay again. The Host was easy to communicate with. He responded very quickly if we had questions.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish! We were in town for multiple sporting events, and this location was a 10/10. We were close enough to walk to campus (about 30 min) and were situated far enough away from downtown that an Uber was inexpensive and we avoided most of the traffic. The condo was very comfortable, and we appreciated the small touches (coffee, bruta filters, etc). We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Austin!

In Austin on business for 3 days and picked this condo to stay in because of the location and freshly remodeled. I was not disappointed. Everything was as advertised, fresh and clean. I would definitely stay there again. Mike

A beautiful condo that was perfect for a girls weekend. Quiet area and super clean condo!

We loved this vrbo, it was exactly what we needed !

Property was as represented. It was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The AC went out the last night of stay; the owner worked diligently to try to get it fixed at a late hour. Only issue I have is the size of the damage deposit (fifteen hundred), and the length of time to receive a refund of it (two weeks).

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo! There are nice upgraded appliances, and everything feels clean and simplistic. We mostly were out and about visiting with friends, but we did spend some lounge time in the condo and it was very cool compared to the hot June Texas weather. Overall we loved it!!

Really impressed with the condo.It’s beautifully renovated and very well appointed.Owner is very nice and available if needed.A number of restaurants are within walking distance (34th street cafe has good food and wine). Condos location affords access Austin’s attractions within minutes. Will definitely stay there again.

Whole process was excellent- great communication from Rich, absolutely no surprises. Condo was clean and had everything available for a stay away from home. Highly recommend!

In town for UT graduation and this place was perfect. Recently renovated from an old apartment building, the complex looks a tad sketchy upon drive-up but those fears quickly disappeared. Nice, spacious, safe, convenient, well-appointed unit feels brand new. Location is perfect with easy access to campus and downtown (via Guad & Lamar) and very quick & easy to get in/out of town (via 35 & MoPac). And a reserved parking spot right in front! Will definitely stay here again!!
