✅ One form of official photo ID (passport or driver's license) is required for the primary guest.

✅ The primary renter must be present and staying at the home for the duration of the reservation

✅ The credit card used for payment must belong to the lead tenant

✅We may request a primary tenant's email address, contact number, and age

✅ We may request full names of all guests, number of vehicles and full names of drivers

✅ No third-party bookings

✅ Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM

✅ Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles

✅ Summer A/C Fee: $35/night (April 15 – October 31)
