*New* Beautiful Beverly Hills Condo w/ parking

Review 328 maple It’s not easy to write a bad review but I’m a bit tired of staying in places that need work but it never happens. So, I’m sorry to the owner. Nothing here is hard to fix but it needs to be fixed. Nothing is a deal breaker for a stay except the issue of not feeling secure- change the locks! First the positive- owner was quick to respond. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was in good shape. Place had been professionally cleaned. The negative might outweigh that but hoping the owner takes care of the issues First, as has been pointed out in other reviews – the door is on a key system rather than a code system. Which makes you feel a little vulnerable as anyone who’s previously stayed here could have a copy of the key and come in and there is no bolt on the inside to stop that from happening. Second, the place desperately needs to be painted. If I’m correct it’s fairly new and so I wonder if it was even painted when this owner took over. Three the baseboards in the shower room are disgusting perhaps rotting I don’t really know. And as far as the shower goes, the water was fine, but the wrapping of the handheld has come disengaged. Making the place feel poorly maintained, which is a theme.The owner is offsite, but has a property manager and a house cleaner. I did let them know the first two nights I was here that there was a bad smell. How the housekeeper didn’t smell it remains a mystery. I was told the property manager would come in and check i

The property is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and groceries in a nice residential neighborhood.

Great condo in fantastic area BUT directions to entering and keys etc need to change to a simple lockbox on a pipe!! And only real problem was the Bed is so ridiculously high that as an older short person it was almost impossible to get up on it!!! Owner very nice but was no help for bed situation .. maybe a footstool?

Nice clean property with in a nice quiet area but walking distance to food and shopping. Really liked the overall experience and will definitely do it again.
