Stayed Apr 28, 2026We had a great stay at this property. Our room was clean & as described, the view from the balcony was lovely and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated pools, hot tub & lazy river on the cooler days. Would stay there again!

Stayed Apr 16, 2026We chose this place for a quick beach trip and overall had a good experience. The location was great, the view was amazing and convenient to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. Stayed Sep 8, 2025The room itself was as described and clean but sparsely equipped. 1 dish towel, no kitchen sponge, no paper towels, etc. The property, grounds and building are in need of major maintenance. The hot tubs were cold, however, 2 of them were fixed by day 3 and the last one was fixed our last day. They can use a good power washing as the green on the cement made the water look dirty. Our contact Julie did respond to our concerns but basically said the building maintenance is the HOA responsibility. The whole property could use an upgrade and power washing. There is no one onsite for questions. I will say that upon booking with VRBO I didn’t realize I was dealing with a rental company and not a private owner. The constant e-mails trying to sell extra days and the ominous e-mails about extra charges for everything from getting the towels or sheets dirty to not setting the TV properly made our vacation stressful. All in all the rental room was as described and the view from the balcony was amazing. Julie was very responsive to our e mails but dealing with rental company was stressful.

Stayed Mar 3, 2025Excellent room, resort and location. All facilities were top notch. We had difficulties with the internet and wi fi cutting out. The only problem. We will not be holidaying in the U.S. until this tariff nonsense is over. When it is over we would certainly return.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024We had stayed at the Caravelle several times but not via VRBO. Big Fish was very easy to work with and we loved the check in/out process
