Stayed Jan 1, 2026Wonderful stay at this condo. Perfect for our family of 4. Elegant, spacious and clean. Great amenities at the complex - pool, gym and laundry inside condo. Close to restaurants and 5 minute walk to Medano beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Dec 14, 2025The condo was very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Short walks to the beach and harbor or easy Uber rides to the center of town. Places we recommend are the Cabo Bakery, London Cafe, Roasted, Dice Cuarenta Coffee (right next door) along with EggCentric. For an amazing Argentinian steakhouse, go to Chamuyo. I think because we were here during high season, some prices may have been up, but enjoyable just the same, especially in this comfortable condo to have as home base.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025I can’t say enough great things about this property! The condo is spacious, clean and in such a great location! My husband and two teenage kids stayed for one full week. The owner, Barbara, was wonderful and allowed for an early check in which was super helpful! The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful! Location: 5 minute straight walk to the beach! Safe and very easy! Walmart, 5 minute walk, marina maybe a 10 minute walk. Lovely little local restaurants all around! We never once took a taxi was able to walk everywhere!
