NEW! 2/2, IRB-Beach/Pool View, Sleeps 6, unit F

It was a perfect vacation spot! Private beach access was top teir for me. We took our honeymoon and stayed for a week! They provided everything you could think of besides food of course. I have been many other places in Florida and this was by far the best place! Cant wait to book again next year for a trip with the kiddos!!

Beautiful view. We did not use the elevator but it does lead to your balcony as mentioned in previous reviews. The beach accessories are in a shared storage room in the parking area with plenty of chairs, coolers, etc. There is not a closet in the second bedroom but that was okay. Minor things I’d like to mention: the master bath’s water pressure in the shower is very light and not adjustable, and you can hear everything from upstairs. Walkable to restaurants which is a huge plus. The condo was lovely and welcoming; I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at IRB! The unit was very clean and well-stocked. The elevator was so convenient for going back and forth to the beach. Great location! Appreciated all of the communication from the owner/manager. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay! Great unit with spectacular views & just steps to the sand! Also, loved having an elevator right to our balcony! This was a great location & we'd totally stay here again!

We had a great girls trip! The condo was clean and we enjoyed being steps from the beach!

Property was overall great. Amazing view. Comfy couches and nice kitchen. Of note, the secondary bedroom kind of lacked a closet. Had sleeping for 4 but only room for 2 peoples’ clothing as the dresser was in the closet and the other closet door housed the hvac. Since we were a group of 5 grown women, this was a bummer as we couldn’t all unpack our bags. Other than that, a fabulous place. Thank you.

Beautiful second-time stay! This was our second time staying at this rental, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The location is second-to-none. The unit was so clean when we checked in, and it had everything we needed!

Everything was as described! The condo, the scenery and the experience. The elevator to allow for access to your unit was a unique and fun touch. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had issues with the internet and there was a prompt response taking care of it. I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to stay, as well.

This is by far our best experience with a vacation home and the only one I will consider to return if I will have a future vacation in the area. Location is excellent. Inside is very clean. Kitchen utensils, furnitures, beach towels all are good quality, abundant quantities. Bedding was comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location is great, condo was amazing, views were phenomenal. Only issue is the noise from the condo above us. They had small kids and you could hear every move and toilet flush. Other than that it was a great experience.

The location of this unit is perfect! We had everything we could need. Loved being right on the beach and within walking distances to bars and restaurants.

The pictures are accurate! Place was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is clean and not crowded. We picked this place because I grew up here and knew what was the best beach to go to. If we ever come back we will get this place. It didnt disappoint! BTW We did have a couple of issues, but they answered my text right away and took care of it quickly.

We had a couple bumps during our stay (washer wasn’t working properly and maintenance being done on elevator so our balcony was being used without any communication). Property manager was good in communicating and owning the washer debacle. Way too much constant noise from the unit above us beds not comfortable and quirky lights. Location was very good. Overall, none of it was a huge deal except the constant noise from the unit above.

Location was great, the lack of instructions to work the tv, washing machine and dryer operation would have helped, a lot.. one bedroom had no closet. Hooks on the bathrooms and bedrooms would have helped. Toaster only tosted on one side.

Condo was very nice. Could have used more than 5 bath towels. No kitchen towels or washcloths. Elevator only worked part of the time. That was hard after a knee surgery recently. Overall we would definitely stay again
