Stayed Oct 10, 2025Location so close to shops and restaurants. Walls were a little thin, but we used a sound machine at night to cover up some neighbor noise/doors closing in hallway. Overall, neighbors weren't overtly loud, or unreasonable, or anything, the walls were just a little thin. We will continue to stay at this property every time we make the trip to Traverse!

Stayed Oct 3, 2025This room was exactly as described. Small, but perfect for two people! Close to the shops and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Communication was great! The price was great! We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Very small but clean room, in a great location for walking in downtown Traverse City. There was some noise from other units in the building but nothing terrible. Overall a nice spot to sleep for a low price, when you’re wanting to be out in the town all day.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024This is a small place. It was very clean and in a good location. The parking was supposed to be reserved but we saw the same cars every evening in the reserved spots, including the one for us.
