Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As in previous years, we experienced excellent service by the CB Vacations staff in supporting our stay at the Cinnamon Beach condos. Our rental was for 93 days. That said, this year's stay was extremely disappointing. We discovered that there were two cameras with listening devices placed in the condo. We were not informed the devices were present, nor was CB Vacations aware of their installation. The presence of these devices was a total invasion of our privacy and made us very uncomfortable. Especially, the camera with listening device in the closet in the master bathroom area. The devices were not removed by the owners even after we requested this to be done. Additionally, the ceiling HVAC vents had an accumulation of black snort or mold. This gave us concern about a health of the condo environment. We will not be renting this unit again!!

Stayed Dec 23, 2022What a wonderful 3 days we spent with family at Christmas in Palm Coast. Besides the fact that it was freezing in Florida, we had a nice enjoyable time with family. The community is great, the check-in and check-out process was easy and I would recommend to anyone!

Stayed Feb 24, 2022Great condo. Very clean and spacious. Well maintained. Several amenities offered in community. Did not use any during our stay. Easy to get to other attractions and restaurants from this area.

Reviewer Comments: In the new world of covid, we have stayed at several rental properties along the coast. This was by far the best and cleanest! It was perfect for our needs, it was only one flight of stairs up so easy for coming and going. Unit was very clean, minimal personal items so bring your own bath and beach towels if you need (they had but JIC I always like to bring my own). I would 100% stay again. Lauren, property consultant was super nice and so very helpful.

Only thing I’d change if I owned the unit would be to have more pots for cooking. There are plenty of pans but no small and medium pots . Clean and comfortable overall

Stayed Apr 5, 2021I cannot say enough good things about this place. I usually prefer a house over a condo but this place had tons of space inside and out. The walk to the beach was short and very easy and the walk to the pools was not too bad either and was something we actually came to enjoy. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. It was great!
