Need a vacation asap!!! This location will give you that much need relaxation!

The place was filthy when we arrived. Several of the beds weren’t even made. The dishes weren’t clean. We were in a bind being at a work conference so stayed and made the best of it. The host did respond and sent sheets through instacart so not the worst experience I suppose. I reached out to the host to let her know what condition the rental was in and she indicated she’d reach out to her cleaning people. Now she is claiming property damage against us. (We were 5 adults on a work conference. No chance we broke anything and as I stated it wasn’t clean to begin with. We left it cleaner when we left than when we arrived). I’d be very wary staying at this rental!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the property was a perfect location for us. The main pool and clubhouse was a bit of a walk from our condo, but we could be there in 10 minutes or so. There was another pool right across the street from our condo and we loved that one. Communication with VRBO was excellent. The place was quiet, the balcony view was beautiful overlooking a lake. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall was a great stay, Ally was very responsive and helpful. Only gave 4 stars because there were a few little things that kind of added up- the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work, there were 2 outlets in the living room and one in the kitchen that didn’t work, the garbage disposal didn’t work. Also, quantities of amenities that were supposed to be provided did not match the list that was sent- no shower soap, only 1 roll of TP per bathroom (supposed to be 2 per bathroom), only 2 trash bags (supposed to be 3), only 2 dishwasher pods, (supposed to be 3). Not a big deal if you’re only staying a few nights, but we were there 8 nights, so did mean we had to go purchase some additional items. Water got shut off twice while we were there. (Was not off a long time) Ally was very responsive in calling to find out why when I messaged her.

With the exception of a non functional refrigerator the accommodations were excellent.

My family and friends stayed at this location for 5 days in April. It is a very nice and well kept condo. Perfect for the type of vacation we were on, we weren’t there a lot during the day but every night we were. The rooms were exactly what they description said and beds were all very comfortable. My teenager even slept in the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for plates, cups and silverware. I’d only recommend maybe that they leave a more then 1 extra trash bag. Our kids all enjoyed the pool. The neighbors were all very polite and we had no issues with any of them. The ease of getting in and out of the gated community was great. The few issues that we encountered, we were able to contact the owner and she responded right away. I would definitely recommend this location to any family who is planning a trip that needs to be close to the Orange County convention center especially as it’s less then 3 min down the road and very easy to get too. Disney springs is a quick 10-15 min drive depending on traffic. Thanks for the great stay!

The property was very clean and well stocked. Every detail was thought of. I would only said that although our host was very responsive, she sent the details the morning of our stay and while we on the road and we bought way to much stuff that was provided.

Only negative - no hand soap or dish soap in kitchen or bathrooms. No TP in 2nd bathroom. Other than that - it's perfect for people attending conference at convention center you should put that in the description

The location was great! There is a Publix right next door - made grocery shopping very convenient. The condo was easy to get to and a nice property. Host was responsive, pool and hot tub were nice and plenty of place to walk. Host required photo copies of ID for security but there was no security - only a gate with a code. The photos of the condo must be somewhat dated as the furnishings have changed.
