Near Water Park, Beach Front, Balcony

The property was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of basics, starter pack of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra rolls of toilet paper, and few extra trashbags. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Bring your own Tupperware if you plan on being able to take food to the beach. 2 complaints I have, both partially my fault before booking. The balcony view in listing is deceiving. The view is fabulous, but for a condo that sleeps 6, there is only room for seating for 2. Standing room only if more people want to be on the balcony. Also, the master is as the back of the condo, not the front with ocean view. As most condos I’ve stayed in before for this . Again, my fault for not viewing pictures more closely. I was there peak season, but the we paid for the week I have stayed in nicer condos, bigger balconies, more updated furnishings. Overall, I would stay again for a much better price point.

This property has a panoramic view of the ocean. Access to the beach was an elevator ride down to ground level and then a short walk through secure gate to the ramp that led directly to waterfront.

The location of the property was good, but the price didn’t warrant the inside, very dated, needs new beds and updates. The ice machine kept us awake every night, we left a day early.

We always like to stay in the Crystal Beach area. We are very familiar with the neighborhood and there are several restaurants that we go to that are within walking distance. During our stay both, staircases were closed for several days for maintenance. We found that inconvenient since we were on the third floor and using the staircase was an option we would have used. I also wonder what would have happened had there been an emergency.We liked the idea of using a code to enter the unit, but wonder if it could be possible to have a code assigned that would be familiar to us. We were repeatedly checking our phones to read the code from the email when we returned.Thank you.

This is absolutely the most wonderful condo we have stayed in and we have been coming to Destin for over 40 years. Large rooms, beautifully furnished, extremely clean, complimentary beach chairs, washer/dryer, and 2 showers (always nice at the beach) .AMAZING VIEW- corner unit with no high rise blocking view, nice breeze for sitting on balcony. Within 5 miles of our favorite Dewey’s seafood on the bay and best shopping centers are even closer . Perfect trip! We plan to stay in this condo every trip from now on.

Weekend yearly getaway with the kids. Early morning walks, beach everyday, dinners around town, crab walks at night.

The location of this condo is wonderful. Right on the beautiful Destin beach and close to an adorable coffee shop/restaurant. The included beach chairs were a major plus. And the pool was very clean. This condo lacked cleanliness and felt very grimy and dirty. Cabinets were falling apart. Stains all over the drawers so much I didn't want place anything inside them. Our washing machine was not working upon arrival, and the property management was very rude to dealing with this situation. We had booked with plans is utilizing the washer and dryer unit in the condo. It was replaced by the end of the stay, but we went through a major hassle in dealing with that. There were a lot of missing kitchen utensils (like a pizza cutter and bowls and containers). There were not many blankets or towels. And not was very bare bones. Which.i didn’t expect for what we paid.

Love the location and the room. Only if they could leave the umbrellas and chairs longer in the afternoon. Maybe 6 or 7pm
