The Space:

This place is great! With plenty of space in an attractive, modern package, it offers value to the savvy visitor or guest to the Pikes Peak Region. Park in the private driveway or in the (2) car garage, and enter through the front door using the private electronic key-code provided. You'll walk into a bright, modern, welcoming space featuring practical quality of design, lots of windows, rooms, premium appointments, surfaces and furnishings, and a simple, welcoming layout.



The main level features an open concept design effectively combing the kitchen, living room and dining room. The living room offers walkout access to the private backyard with a nice little patio to spend some time under the clear Colorado sky. There's a welcoming gas fireplace in the living room too, along with quality, comfortable furnishings. Next to the kitchen is a table for formal dining with seating for (4), and (3) more bar stool seats at the counter. The kitchen itself is spacious with quality, functional design — the flooring is hardwood, the surfaces are granite and stainless steel. Recessed lighting under the cabinets lends a warm, quality, custom feel.



One of the features of this home most useful for some is the main-level-centric design. Although there is a lower level, the master bedroom, bathrooms, living room, dining and the kitchen are all on the main, ground level. The master is amazing — offering KING comfort and a welcoming, modern private bathroom. There's a second bedroom on this level too featuring two twin beds … perfect for the kids.



The lower level features a game room with a pool table! Two additional bedrooms are down here too—one featuring queen comfort, the other a functional double. The Neighborhood:

The north end of Colorado Springs is known for its larger homes, quiet neighborhoods and private lifestyles. Less urban than other areas of Colorado Springs, the sense of escape here is palpable. The views of the mountains tend to be unobstructed. Access to outdoor recreation is superb, yet the modern conveniences abound too. Shopping and quality restaurants are relatively close. Gyms, grocery stores, outlets, food and drink are all within an approximate 5 minute drive. The area is also defined, somewhat, by its proximity to the Air Force Academy. Guests will frequently notice light training planes flying overhead—the nation's next Airmen learning their craft.



This home is also just seconds away from a new commercial development featuring movie theatres, restaurants and most notably, an indoor, family-oriented water-park!



And of course, some of the most well-known area attractions are all within an approximate 20 minute drive—Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown, the COS Airport—all are easily accessible via main roadways and Interstate 25. With suburban appeal and easy access to everything that makes Colorado Springs great, this might be your perfect vacation rental locale.



Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.

* This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

* There is central AC throughout the home

* No street parking HOA Fine $50 to vehicle owner and towed.

* Please take the trash bins out Thursday evening or Friday morning before 8AM to end of the driveway. Pickup is every Friday morning. Store trash bins inside of the garage on all other days and after collection per HOA guidelines.

    This is a well appointed property. Immaculate; well stocked kitchen for food prep; used the cooler provided; nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms; comfortable beds; convenient location; spacious garage; nice, quiet neighborhood; lots of restaurants close by.A couple of suggestions to make the stay even better: add hooks to the bathrooms for hanging towels, make boxes of tissue available, maybe one or two extra blankets in the bedrooms, bed pillows could be firmer.It was great!

    I absolutely loved our stay at Cold Crk Vw in Colorado Springs! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. The views were breathtaking—waking up to the peaceful surroundings and mountain backdrop was a dream.The home was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds. The host was incredibly responsive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.The location was ideal—tucked in a quiet, safe neighborhood yet close to shops, restaurants, and all the major attractions in Colorado Springs.     Perfect cozy house for a Colorado Springs vaca. The location is ideal & has everything you need near by. Also, it’s a good location for any activities or site seeing in the area. We were incredibly pleased with location & convenience of the house. It’s clean, has all your basic necessities including shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. The kitchen has everything you need to cook including oils & seasonings. Beds are comfortable too! The pool table was a nice addition. Honestly, it was the perfect house & were 100% pleased.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the property and proximity to lots of retail and our neighboring family’s homes. Only thing we would recommend is replacing pillows in bedrooms and the cue ball on pool table as there are large chunks out of it. Other than that, this was a 5 star stay!

    The process of check in was excellent. We chose this place because of family friendly location, they offer twin beds, perfect for my kids. The pool table was fun entertainment for my kids, it would also be good idea to have different game boards for children. The property host was also very responsive and quickly sent maintenance to fix plumbing issues.
