NEAR DOWNTOWN LARGE CONDO Sleeps 8 ~ 4BR With Private Balconies ~ 3 Full Baths

It was perfect for our family stay.

This is our second time renting this beautiful condo and the experience was just as good as the first time! The condo is well equipped with everything needed for a little getaway, including the ability to cook meals. We had a fantastic weekend in Grand Haven & loved being able to hang out & play games together in this awesome space. We would definitely stay here again!

The ease of booking, communication with the host.

The condo is very spacious and the perfect spot for our getaway weekend this winter. Beds were really comfortable! No checkout hassle with only a couple “to do’s”. We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful weekend in Grand Haven. The condo was spacious, clean, and the hosts were very responsive to questions. It was a very relaxing place to spend the weekend.

The VRBO was clean, cozy, safe, and convenient to the downtown area. A beautiful view of lake Michigan is one minute away.

My girlfriends try to get together at least once a year. We have been friends for over 25 years. The location was perfect, the accommodations were nice. We had an amazing time.

We loved our stay in Grand Haven!! The condo was wonderful and was fairly close to the downtown area. We enjoyed it very much.

The condo was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Condo was clean, but it needs some cosmetic touch ups. Unit was close to the downtown area and very safe.

Carrie was great to work with. The home was clean and in good order. There is a great little restaurant called The Paisley Grille and a little ice cream shop too. The building is set in a neighborhood.

Downtown was a little further than expected. Little odd to have an open ceiling to a bathroom. One tv in the whole house. Hair in the upstairs tub drain( slow drainage )Hand towel racks next to bathroom sinks were all loose. Other than. Great place to stay.

Good location near many points of interest. Near food if you want to go out. No grill access. Very sparsely decorated. Odd dining table location under the stairs and not moveable. Only one bed had a decent mattress. Elevator access to third floor above restaurant and retail spaces. If you plan on being on the go and eating out it is close in. No water view.

We came for a girls trip and the place was perfect! Nice accommodations and great location! 10 out of 10!

A group of my friends and I came to celebrate a bachelorette party. It was the perfect place to hang out and relax. We loved that it was walking distance to the downtown area and made the whole weekend so fun!

Great location, easy to access, condo is well laid out for a large group. The upstairs bathroom where the walls don't reach the ceiling was a little concerning for those in our group that had to use that bathroom as you could hear them downstairs in the main living area. But overall the condo was well furnished and in good repair. There are a few things that need fixing, like a loose towel rack, but these things are very minor and I am sure they get routinely fixed at the end of the busy season. We did have one recommendation that a new coffee maker would be a small expense for a great customer satisfier.

We loved this place. It was clean and great size with 3 full baths. Good communication with the renters. Also loved that it was only a 10mins drive to the beach.

Loved the property and the location. We could easily walk to town and the riverfront to see the water light show. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Grand Haven.

Property was just as described and perfect for our family. Open concept helped keep eyes on 3 children ages 6-14 and so much to do in the nearby town.

This property was absolutely everything it claimed to be in the listing. So comfortable, clean and convenient. The beds were great, amount of supplies left was perfect. Easy to navigate to, perfect location to explore the whole area.

The stay here was amazing, I reached out a few times with a couple of questions and the communication was amazing. My questions always got answered right away. Will definitely recommend to any friends/family that come to town.

Extended family stay for a family event.

Our experience was very positive and the management was very responsive. We were visiting family in the area for a week and this was the perfect location between Grand Haven waterfront and Spring Lake. The layout of the apartment was nice for our group.

We took a weekend getaway with our friends to Grand Haven, as they had never been to the area. This was a truly perfect condo for our group, and would have easily fit another couple or two. The condo is close to the downtown area (we walked to local restaurants and bars) and is beautiful and nicely decorated. It was clean and had a nicely stocked kitchen with coffee that was provided for the weekend. We loved this condo and would definitely try to rent it again, the next time we are in town.

We enjoyed our stay with our kids and grandkids. The property has enough space that you don’t feel cramped and everyone had some privacy. Carrie was great to work, we would stay here again.

We fully enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful property and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, well kept property. Our only complaint was a broken corkscrew, but we found a second one so we were in good shape!

Loved everything about this condo. Spacious, clean, bright & cozy. Our family loved our stay. Close to the state parks for hiking, sledding, breweries & town. Probably only negative is the parking. After being out for dinner we had to park further away & go move our car later. Prob cause of the restaurant close by. Would HIGHLY recommend or stay again.

The property is as advertised - clean, and spacious as well as easy accessibility to the third floor due to an elevator. We enjoyed our stay!

I was led to believe that it was closer to the river/social district but aside from that the place was beautiful and we very much enjoyed ourselves.

The atmosphere of the condo felt very much like being at home. Everything we needed was provided for our stay. The location was central to many retail/food outlets. A stone’s throw from Lake Michigan!

We have a friend that has breast cancer and decided to do a weekend away with her before her surgery. She loves Grand Haven and wanted a get away with the girls. This was the perfect place for the 8 of us. Plenty of space, nice walk to the beach. Lots of lounging and laughs.

Spent a few days with lifelong friends with a friend who came up for a wedding from Florida. We laughed, visited both Spring Lake and Grand Haven, made meals at the condo. Nice to have a big common space with a great balcony and 4 very nice bedrooms. Easy in/out access. Hosts were responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful property that was in the middle of all the locations we had plans at. Owner’s made it easy To access and leave location and the condo was decorated beautifully. Stayed there for my mom’s birthday and she has very high expectations and she loved it.

We loved the area and surroundings. The condo was plenty big enough for all of us ladies! Plenty of room to get ready all together and have fun! We truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing I will say is that we all agree that the place could have been cleaner. There was something sticky all over the kitchen wall and so much dust on the floors and end tables in the bedrooms. Also the carpet upstairs was stained and looked pretty dirty. But again, overall we truly enjoyed it! And would recommend it!

The place was very clean and nice. But no hand soap or hand towels in the bathrooms? No one slept very well because of semis idling in the parking lot - then garbage trucks at 4 am (not the owners fault!). And beds beds weren’t very comfortable. (Too soft). Location is good but very commercial area (again -I should have researched the area better. overall next time I’ll try to stay someplace less commercial

Had a group of 6, two couples staying in this property. Great condo with all amenities, very nice balcony with high-top dining. Was clean and secure. Would recommend!

Condo was very clean and spacious. Had a little problem with the door lock one day, but Carrie came right over and took care of it. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at the property the weekend of a family wedding. Everything was in good order. Facility is very functional for a family stay. Lots of room so everyone had ample space. Kitchen and living room center the property and are where we spent most of our time. Location in Grand Haven is very convenient.
