Stayed Mar 21, 2026Just know that the pool & hot tub were closed during our stay on Spring break. (The main reason for selecting this place was so our kids could swim.) Host offered a minimal refund (15%) which we never received.

Stayed Jun 15, 2026Really close proximity to Dollywood that is pet friendly. Could tell the unit’s age. Upstairs did not have great a/c flow compared to downstairs. Kitchen window would not shut all the way closed, fan in master bathroom did not work, and floors were dirty; our feet were filthy if we walked around barefoot. Also internet username provided was wrong

Stayed May 11, 2026The property was well kept and clean. The kitchen had most of what you'd need except a full coffee pot which is a must for a full family. The house could use some night lights for kids. The proximity ton Dollywood was great and pool was appreciated (not heated) overall a great experience!

Stayed May 7, 2026Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved every minute of our stay. Beds were comfy and rooms were fabulous. Plenty of towels and blankets. The only suggestion we have is to have a book with area information, restaurants where locals eat, cool things to do and where the pool is located. That is our only suggestion.

Stayed Apr 26, 2026Yes pet friendly, clean, quiet, and so close to so many attractions. Only thing I would change would be a decent coffee pot. Ice cube trays in the freezer other than that everything was very nice.

Stayed Apr 20, 2026It was spacious with a great outdoor space, though knowing where to get firewood would have been helpful. The communication with host was quick and helpful. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The place was clean and orderly, and the pool was a great relaxing place to swim in after a long day of adventuring.

Stayed Apr 17, 2026Really close to the strip, nice host, pet friendly, pool, only have 1 parking spot available per unit I didn’t like that due to having two vehicles. Place was okay for the price needs a really good cleaning. One of the bunk beds was broken upon arrival but made due with the others.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026We took a long weekend with our kids. Its hard to find time with 3 of them in college. There were eight of us and we had more than enough room. The host was quick to return messages when we had questions. The older kids did encounter a bear the first night there. They were about 15 minutes ahead of us. The neighbor was outside his door warning them of the bear. We did not see them the rest of the trip. The place was clean. Great location.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025This property was perfect for our stay! We were there to enjoy the sights, including Dollywood. The host was very attentive and responded to messages very fast. I was very impressed with this experience and will definitely book this location again. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the back patio and saw 4 baby doe walking by. I also got to experience the visit of the black bear! Another visitor coaxed it back into the woods, but I was able to get a great picture! I have 2 small dogs and they loved this place too. Being a pet friendly rental, I was pleased that you could not even tell that pets have even stayed there. No odors or pet stain damage anywhere. The pictures are true to what the place looks like. Also, just to clarify that Dollywood is about a 10 minute drive. The website states that it is a 9 minute walk, which is not true. You can walk there I guess, but it will take you alot more than 9 minutes. Thanks Samuel for being an outstanding host!

Stayed Aug 5, 2025Twice we reached out to someone for immediate help and there was nothing prompt about the response. One was a very loud smoke detector going off twice at one o'clock and one-thirty in the morning. The other was the door not locking. We texted and called both times. Thankfully we were able to fix the issues on our own. The bedrooms were very warm. A fan was given but it didn't circulate enough air to keep it cool. The room with the bunk beds had a weird smell possibly even mold. The stand up shower curtain was too long and while showering you had to kick the curtain out of your way which was gross on the bottom of it. The room was booked for seven people but there wasn't enough towels for seven people. And the back deck as well as the front walk way were in pretty rough shape. We wouldn't even go outside the back because it looked unsafe. Also, the couch had several stains on it. So, we were not satisfied and would not book again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025This property’s location is ideal if you're planning a trip to Dollywood. The communication and booking process were smooth and easy, which we really appreciated.Just a little constructive feedback on the overall condo: It could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint and replacing the carpet on the stairs, which might help with a lingering stale smoke smell. We also noticed a few areas where the cleaning could be improved...such as a moldy shower curtain....and it may be worth having pest control spray or adding some deterrents, as we saw a few bugs.With a bit of extra attention, this place could be a fantastic stay all around!

Stayed Jul 1, 2025The bedrooms had many large flying bugs, including dead bugs on the beds. The beds were not completely made. The kitchen appliances functioned poorly or not at all. The windows were very dirty. The balcony was dirty. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. There was no dishwasher detergent. The bathroom fan in the master bedroom sounded like a jet plane taking off. The property has much potential put the quality of equipment and maintenance of property was inadequate.
