Stayed Jun 22, 2026Pool area pictures were really nothing like in person. Hot tub had been removed so none were available. Wooden walk was uneven and several planks were rotted and uneven.

Stayed May 13, 2026The unit was clean and very convenient to Dollywood which was our destination.There were no bathmats in the bathrooms nor were there any mats in the shower/tub. The tub was slippery so a mat would help. We had our two small Yorkies with us, and it was good for walking them.

Stayed May 4, 2026I loved all the space we had. There was 6 of us staying and we did not feel ontop of one another. It was easy to get to the pool, lock, unlock the door. It felt very clean when we arrived. The only thing is that the beds are not super comfortable. Other than that, it was perfect and we would still visit again!the Host was easy to deal with and communication was excellent!

Was me, my husband, and our 3 daughters and there was more than enough room for all of us. Location was right in town, so everything was super close to get to. Was a great time

Stayed Mar 18, 2026We arrived after dark and locating the unit was initially tough, we turned left when we should have turned right. A sign with unit numbers would have been nice- or if it is there, we missed it. The walkway was rough and a little sketch. Parking was tight but we made it work. The unit sleeps 8 (we had 7)... meaning 2 vehicles but they only allow 1 parking space. Fireplace is in pictures, but is for display only... meaning don't use it. My wife didn't want to go on balcony- afraid it would fall off, but we had no issues with it. One of the showers appeared to have a leak at the sprayer spout and potentially had mold at the damaged drywall. We went to the pool/ hot tub, but it was closed and drained. Ugh! The kids were so disappointed.All of that aside, the kitchen was stocked well, the toiletry amenities were good, the place is big and we all had plenty of room. When we were leaving, closing the door... the handle came off. Fun stuff!

Stayed Dec 31, 2025There was nothing in the rules that were sent to me about the fireplace being only for decoration. There were instructions about the hot tub which made us think there was one useable. The only hot tub we saw was boarded up beside the pool. I was told we would receive reimbursement for 1 Dollywood ticket so I followed the instructions I was given and the people at the Welcome Center were confused and said there must be miscommunication with our host. So we unfortunately did not receive reimbursement.

Stayed Dec 4, 2025This place was wonderful! Dollywood is literally in the back yard. There are starter packs of toiletries/laundry-dishwasher detergent, and hand soaps in every bathroom. There were PLENTY of towels/washcloths in each bathroom. They even supplied pool towels. Extra sheets and blankets were in the closets. This was more than enough room for my 4 people party & my pup. we come to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg very often and I’ve saved this place for the next visit! Cannot beat the price in this area for it to be as close to everything as it is

Stayed Dec 10, 2025The condo was very clean and comfortable would definitely stay there again. However, there was a load of dirty clothes in the washer, and the dishwasher had not been emptied. Other than that we had no issues at all!

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The location is great and easy to get to just about anything quickly. Check in was at 4:00 and when we got there at 4:15 they were inside cleaning so we had to wait. There was no sponge or soap to wash dishes by hand but there was a dishwasher however we didn’t have a lot of dishes so I bought our own. There was a few cleanliness issues with some linen however I also brought a few things of my own so I used that. Overall I was very happy with the place and most likely use it again at another time.
