The place is cozy and conveniently located to IMG Academy. New appliances and very clean. There are chairs for the beach which is helpful; Coquina Beach is 20 mins away.

I would definitely recommend this rental, everything was easy at this place, pictures and description are exactly as described, condo is very nice, updated appliances that work with no issue.Publix and Aldi supermarkets are down the road from the complex. Beach is about 10-15 minute drive. I was here for a soccer tournament for my daughter at IMG academy and is about 4 minutes away, very convenient I would recommend to any families that need a place to stay for any sporting event, I would definitely stay here again!

We drove from Nashville, TN to visit a sick family member in Bradenton. The condo was in a great location and offered a homey feeling. There's a publix at the corner and plenty of restaurants to pick from near by. Thank you for hosting us.

Shorewalk condos are the perfect location to stay for visiting Bradenton/Sarasota area and just a short drive to the wonderful beaches and beachlife of Anna Maria Island. This listing is very upscale, wonderful and 'responsive hosts, located closely to the complex's pools, tennis/pickleball courts and clubhouse. Publix and popular restaurants and many useful businesses located nearby. A favorite location for us.

This property was exactly as listed & my family had a lovely stay. The only thing noted by my sister was her concern that there wasn’t a more private shade on the slider in the primary bedroom; it had a more sheer drape & she was concerned that people could see into the room at night when dark outside if the light was on. Aside from that, I would rent again. The location was perfect & it was immaculately clean inside! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This property is the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. It felt like home immediately. The property owner has updated the home with very nice tile, fixtures and appliances. The art on the walls is a plus. It is also outfitted with everything you could need. We will definitely rebook this property on our next visit to Bradenton. Also restaurants and groceries just minutes away.

My sister and I came with our daughters for a girls trip. This condo was perfect. It is exactly as pictured. When we arrived, it was cleaner than clean! It’s beautiful inside, comfortable - a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. The property pools were great. Staff was very kind. It’s quiet - I never heard neighbors even though I knew the units were booked. You are very close to shopping. And a quick drive to multiple beaches. I had very little need to contact the host but seen I did, she responded quickly. This condo is definitely on our list to book next time we come to the area. There’s nothing I can complain about.

Great location only about 15 minutes to AMI. Loved the closeness to grocery, Walmart and other shopping, everything very convenient and manageable traffic in area for those who don't like freeway driving. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of this condo and the great communication with owner. Would book again for sure!
