Stayed Feb 22, 2025We had a lovely time in this condo with beautiful views of the Gulfs Emerald Coast. This unit was right on the beach with a very large balcony. Condo was well stocked with nice quality kitchen accessories which is not always the case with vacation rentals. I would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to come back again!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Great condo! Has everything you need for comfortable vacation. Condo was very clean Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking as well. Nice view and loved how close we were to the beach. Look forward to coming back again next year.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Great location. Nice big unit. Very well stocked with new pots, pans and dishes. Plenty of towels. Liked the unit end location. Easy access to beach and pool. Would recommend this unit at the Regency. Would like to stay there in the future. Two things we did not like: The cleaning people could do a better job at cleaning. Found sand on floor and in the bed in both bedrooms. Had to shake out the sheets the first night. Not sure why? Plus sheets did not properly fit the mattress in master. Botton sheet kept coming off. Counters in kitchen not throughly cleaned. Sliding doors to the balcony were very hard to open.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We absolutely loved everything about this unit. I really liked that they had security and a place to keep your beach items downstairs. I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. The cleanliness of the unit was wonderful and it had a robot vacuum that helped keep the sand under control. The host was great to communicate with and friendly. It was a perfect getaway for our family!!
