Nautical townhome with pool, open layout, & deck - near Ocean City Boardwalk

Very clean and comfortable space, no issues at all

The photos didn’t do the house justice! It was clean and very spacious. I had a couple of questions and they were answered very quickly via email. I will consider renting the same house next summer for a longer stay!

My brother, SIL, sister and I decided to go out of town for a few days. I found this beautiful place and VRBO and, boy, were we pleasantly surprised with how lovely the house is! I mean, I knew from the photos that it’ll be beautiful. But photos did not do it justice. We all loved the open space in the living area. The bedrooms were very spacious. The whole house was so clean! The instructions were great and when I texted 2 questions, they were answered so quickly. Getting to Ocean City was quick and easy.My family and I will definitely consider renting this house again, perhaps next summer.Best,Maria

This vacation townhouse provided so much space for our family. The kitchen with its huge island was the centerpiece for all our meals. The location in Berlin was ideal. The drive into Ocean City was quick (no more than 5 minutes during the non-peak hours.) Grocery shopping and the shopping outlets were right down the road. Easy access for all of our needs. The pool was nice and the neighborhood was walkable especially if you're a morning walker. We would strongly recommend this home away from home!

House was beautiful and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room.

This is our second time staying here. It’s spacious and hosted 3 small families completed with all amenities. Great location, short drive to the beach, near the outlets, stores, and restaurants. The kids had a great time at the community pool after a day at the beach. We would stay here again since it’s much more affordable.

My family and I enjoyed our time here and felt like we were in our own home. The rooms were spacious and house was very clean! We will be back soon!

The property was very nice, clean and in great condition. Highly recommend.

I visited this home last year with a family member and had grown so deeply attached to it. The property is well kept and the homeowners provide all necessary services. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the beach without all of the chaos as it is only a 7 minute drive from first street! Conveniently it is also placed just across from the outlets as well. The additional amenities of the pickleball and basketball court truly made the trip for our group as there was even entertainment on our rainy days. All and all this home is a hidden treasure.

We had a couple family stayed together. Quite friendly neighborhood. Bed/Beddings were new and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large group and more than enough dishes for multiple meals before needing to run the dishwasher. WiFi was great, we had so many devices on at all time doing different things without issue. Good amount of space to spread out. Loved the extra game tables in the garage. Good location, easy drive into Ocean City or to Assateague state park. Definitely would stay again.

I’d like to start with saying that the townhouse was beautiful, the layout was perfect and had a good location. It was quiet, a short Uber ride to OC and had a nice community pool. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well appointed.

The townhome is a beautiful place. Ideal location for the beach, dining and shopping. The neighborhood is still being developed, so during the day there is construction going on. The house was very clean and accommodating nonetheless. There was a little difficult accessing the home upon arrival, door code was not operating correctly. Customer service was able to provide a solution and mentioned that they would let the Property Manager know as well. any issues, concerns or damages where communicated to customer service promptly, and they were very efficient in their responses. Only wish the beds were a much softer, other than that great stay!

The condo was very nice my family had a wonderful time. Would rent it again as well has recommend. Really nice accommodations

The house was exceptionally clean and easy to check in. However, upon arrival and conversation with neighbors, we were informed that amenities such as the tennis court had not been built yet. The site is still under development but it shouldn’t be advertised if it is not available yet.

Great home - modern amenities, clean, and comfortable. Great location, close to shops, dining and short drives to the boardwalk and assateague. Away from all the noise and traffic of the boardwalk, but you can enjoy all of OC.
