Nautibeach Condo 22 – 2 Bedroom, Family-Friendly Vacation on the Beachfront Third-Floor

Excellent location with a beautiful, swimmable beach right there and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes on Higaldo. Pleasant pool and patio area. Unit was the perfect size for our family of 4; 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Easy check in, good communication, and lots of bottled water. Wish the ocean view from the balcony was less obstructed and that the Mayan Beach club had better service.

Great location on beach. Condo was comfortable and worked well for our family of 4. We liked that it was quiet in evening, but we could easily walk to Hidalgo for more action. We enjoyed the restaurant breakfast the first day, but there are so many eating choices nearby, we didn’t end up going back. Communication was excellent! We booked our golf cart through Nikki and it was delivered to the condo. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay. We stayed in a two room condo, the pool was perfect and the service at Mayan Beach Club next door was outstanding. We were able to have breakfast on the beach during our stay. The location is walking distance to everything. We would relax by the beach and then go swim in the pool. The staff at Nautibeach was also wonderful. Our boys brought floaters and the security guard inflated it for them. We are definitely coming back. The room was nice and cold when we would return after a full day outside.

Wonderful experience! We went with our 7- and 10- year olds and the apartment was perfect. We did a little bit of cooking but mainly ate at the beach club attached to the condos, and we loved having the pool (with lots of floaties!), and the beach right there! Only 5 min walk to the Main Street (and we loved the shortcut via the beach). My son ate the bacon cheeseburger from Mayan beach club every day. There was never a feeling of scarcity - always a pool chair in the shade, and you could relax without feeling like you had to order anything. We loved it.

We loved our stay here so much. The condo was spacious for our family of 5 and the location was perfect. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. I especially loved the little library. We spent about 300 US at the restaurant next door over the course of the week. Not once did they honor the 10% discount because we didn’t “remind them right before the check was paid.” Our last day we ran out of groceries and decided to give it one more go. We explained to the waiter and he assured us it would be fine and even asked for our room number. Surprise, surprise- he forgot again. We asked for a manager and explained the situation and they sadly wouldn’t make it right in any way- not even 1 free beer for the trouble. I do understand that the restaurant is not affiliated with Nautibeach but they shouldn’t advertise a discount they don’t honor so just beware.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The property is exactly as listed, but of course the beach is even more beautiful in person. The view of the ocean from the private balcony was our favorite. The rooms were clean and large enough for us to spread out and relax. The pool was crystal clear and the perfect temperature, even in February. Omar met us at the room to check us in and explain all of the electronic stuff and answer all of our questions. It couldn’t have been easier. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location! Beds were very comfortable. Condo was clean. The entire Nautibeach complex is clean and with very friendly staff.

Beautiful condo with great patio located on one of the best beaches. Especially appreciated the view, pool, beach chairs and location walkable to many shops and restaurants. One of the best restaurants is located right on the property. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet for sleeping. Drinking water was provided which was nice to not have to haul water from the store. Manager was great with communications and very responsive. Housekeeping did a great job. Would definately stay again!

Amazing location on the beach and a great pool when you need a break from the beach. Staff was friendly and attentive. Check in was easy with someone waiting for us when we arrived at the condo. Condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 6 night stay.

The property was exceptionally clean with plenty of stocked towels and easy to locate daily necessities such as cups, plates, additional, etc. The only thing we didn’t find immediately were the coffee filters, located on the top of the fridge. The air conditioning was very welcome. When we needed an additional jug of water it arrived and was provided before we got back from our outing.The view of the beach was lovely and just a short 3 minute walk down from the condo. We were able to walk for 15 minutes to restaurants, the grocery store, shops, golf cart rental, HSBC ATM, coconut and mango vendors and docks for snorkeling adventures. The gate staff kindly called us taxis for a trip farther down the isle.The reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the internet was out when we arrived and evidently down the entire time for a fiber optic upgrade. And when we arrived we were asked to dispose of our used toilet paper in the trash rather than flushing it. I may have missed it elsewhere, but this was a surprise. Having traveled to all kinds of places, we understand this isn’t uncommon and did our best to comply.

Plane was delayed and caught the last ferry. They coordinated with us all the way. Arrived late and everything was as expected. Security knew we were coming. Isla is so safe and not aggressive like Cancun or Cozumel. Whale Sharks tour was amazing. Ceveche tours and Jesus. Highly recommend. Had low water pressure but they were on it. All in all one of our best trips to Mexico. Beach is Awesome. Turquoise Blue. Sand is like powder. Staff are so nice. We will be back.

Great vacation!

Location is great on Playa Norte. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. A/C kept all rooms very cool.

Property is as described. Property manger was helpful and prompt with all communication. This was our fifth trip to Nautibeach and always appreciate the beach access, pool and amenities. Be aware that this unit does not have laundry facilities and limited towels. We stayed for a week and needed to pay for cleaning of both beach and bath towels.

The pictures are extremely accurate. Steps away from the pool and the beach. Close to everything. Great restaurants nearby. People so friendly and accommodating. Such a relaxing place for a vacation. It was our 3rd trip to Isla and the second to Nautibeach. Can't wait for the 4th!

This place is wonderful. Right on the beach and beachclub next door is a bonus. Condo is clean and comfortable. Great deck and ceiling fans. You can walk to everything. We will be back. Warning - two flights of stairs to get to the condo, be prepared.

Clean and convenient—on-site bar/restaurant…friendly staff…beautiful sunsets. Recommend golf cart rental—you can rent next door and park on property. If not, 5-10min walk down beach or up street to main strip. Also, not far from ferry. Overall, great stay.
