This condo has a lot of character and maintains the original design. It’s an open concept with 9 windows spanning 3 walls- East, South, and West- providing sunlight throughout the entire condo all day.

The highlight of the living room is my peak whimsical purchase. No, not your regular, ordinary, lackluster beanbag, but a genuine, high quality, life-time guaranteed, luxurious Lovesac Supersac. The Lovesac is dangerous to sit in if you're trying to be productive, you'll sink into it like a cloud and be immobilized until you wake up hours later.

Free parking for 2 cars in lot, plenty of free street parking. Kitchen stocked with equipment for cooking when you’re not enjoying the local cuisine.

About 5-10 min to access any major Charlotte highway.

Why NoDa It’s an artsy, hipsteresque neighborhood with a lot of character. Just down the street you can enjoy food and drinks from James Beard Award-nominated restaurants, fine Italian dining, a (literal) hole in the wall donut shop, Cajun food, coffee shop, vegan food, live music venues, and so much more.
