Natiivo Austin condo - awesome lake-view balcony - rooftop pool & gym

Did not hear much from the host other than check notifications etc. No big deal. Amenities were great.

Facility was comfortable and clean. We will absolutely like to rent this property again!!

Nice property

nice clean place, not super walking distance to restaurants. Needs better appointed kitchen and a microwave would be nice.

The checkin was smooth and easy, no luck getting an early checkin, 4pm is pretty late and the check out is 10am which is pretty early. The view was just ok, mostly a view of the apartments across the way, but overall is was good. The Natiivo is an easy location to get in and out of. The vibe is always pretty good, upbeat and friendly people.

This property is great for your vacation getaway! The building is clean, the condo was really clean and had everything you needed. The location is perfect if you want to take a walk along LadyBird Lake. It is close to restaurants and shops or just a short Uber or Waymo away from downtown Austin. The coffee shop/bar in the lobby is awesome and don't miss the roof top pool.

The unit was perfect for me to attend a conference at the Austin Convention Center. It looks like the pictures: large kitchen, living room and dining all in one. Two bedrooms that were both good sized and both had great bathrooms. One with a huge shower and one with a large tub/shower combo. It is in an area that is being revitalized and that means some new, cool restaurants and bars, and a large food truck area really close on Rainey Street. It is a bit of a walk to the Convention Center, but it made for a nice walk each day to get my steps in! The only negatives I might have are: 1) There is only a single couch and some hardback dining chairs for seating in the living room, so if you have more than 2 or 3 people, you might feel a little cramped. Also, there were no instructions for the televisions. I found the service spotty at best and could never get the TV in the bedroom to work. It was just a blank screen, and said the source was not connected. I never contacted anybody to try to fix it because it wasn't a huge deal, but a simple card or notebook with instructions would have been helpful, especially for us non-technical people... All in all, a great unit, great location, and I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean for the most part, and the check-in process was super easy and quick. I really appreciated that! Parking was a breeze, and I have to give a shout out to the valet team—they were always so pleasant and helpful.

Overall good -- just checkin process and checkout is a nightmare -- it's need to be staggered or have more people to handle it. There also needs to be better instruction on using the elevator. Overall not bad but for the cost, a hotel may of been nicer due to the service

Location, amenities, rooftop pool.

Natiivo is a Modern spacious and cozy place to stay, with nice city views. It is walking distance not too far from alot of places. It was quite easy to check in and check out. The roof top pool is nice. Definitely recommend.
