Nashville Condo Gulch/Downtown-Walking Distance!

Was a short drive to pretty much everything.

Very good communication with the owner, we had no issues, very clean space, comfortable bedding, easy to Uber or walk from. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it rained so much but it looked clean and well kept too. Parking was included and gated, felt super safe to stay there! Thanks for hosting us!

Cathy was so extremely kind and welcoming, making sure our stay was perfect and answering any questions we had! The location was great, out of the busyness of downtown, quiet and super easy to get a Lyft. Things are definitely walkable but it was very cold when we visited. Love that the building and parking garage was secure with a code. The condo was so cute and loved the nashville mural!

Overall our experience wasn't bad. The location was not as walkable as described however, just a quick uber ride everywhere. The furniture is extremely worn and could be updated. The bed was comfortable however, the condo is described as a one bedroom and is more like a studio, as the wall to the main living area is not a full wall. A good cleaning would also be recommend. Definitely worn.

We loved our stay here. It was a quiet neighborhood with secure parking for peace of mind. We stayed over the New Year’s holiday and our Uber rides to downtown ranged from 8-20. The condo itself was perfect for our needs and we would recommend it to others.

Cathy did an exceptional job communicating with us prior to and during our arrival. Great suggestions on things to do and where to eat. Really enjoyed the non-hotel vibe and having a kitchen to cook if we wanted to do so. Easy walk to the Gulch area and local shopping close for the necessities. Condo layout was great and had all the amenities we needed.

Very comfortable stay.. Cathy is a wonderful host providing us with detailed information assuring an easy check in, she also gave us a comprehensive list of things to do during our stay. It's a good location, short Uber ride to downtown, walking distance to restaurants. Locked and secure parking at the apartment if you have a car. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

The condo is perfect for our stay. Centrally located with easy access to both the Gulch neighborhood and Broadway. The place is clean and like new. Outdoor pool is a bonus. The owners are very attentive and easy to work with providing easy instructions for check-in and garage entry. Highly recommend for your next trip to Nashville

This was our first time getting a VRBO in Nashville. The condo was very clean and close to shopping and dinning m, definitely within walking distance. Cathy the host was so responsive with any questions we had. This area was also really safe which is something we also look at while traveling the parking garage is gated so that is a plus.

This was my third stay at this condo and it was just perfect. The hosts are quick to respond and incredibly helpful and efficient to tend to anything a guest might need. They really go above and beyond. The building is really well located and feels safe and secure for a solo traveller. Highly recommended!

It is about 1/2 hour walk to broadway which on nice days is easy. Very safe nice condo we enjoyed our stay. Very responsive host! Thanks!

No bugs! It was clean!

We were looking for a place close enough to downtown but away from the noise and craziness. This unit definitely fit the bill. Cathy the owner was quick to reach out before, during, and after the stay. The unit itself is as shown in the pictures on the second floor. Parking is in the garage under the building. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for the 4-night stay. Anyone staying here should plan to Uber to Broadway or other sites since parking is incredibly expensive. There are many great foods choices within a few minutes of this unit as well. Highly recommended! We'd definitely plan to stay here again

This condo was perfect for a couple. Very clean, great location, and the owner was absolutely amazing. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and answered any question I had very quickly. The condo is walkable to many locations, or a very short Uber/Lyft to Broadway.
