Stayed Feb 9, 2026The location is great, just the condo is very outdated and needs up grades throughout. The dishes were mismatched and missing stuff to make a plateware for 4. We have family in a next door condo which was updated and fully furnished kitchen with beach stuff. we could not even have them over for coffee as the condo only had 2 coffee cups. No cooking sheet for the oven. Most condo had beach chairs, this condo had nothing. I called the management company about the beach chairs. They said sorry the condo has no chairs and is furnished by the owners. Later the company said they would bring over chairs the next day, very nice of them...only they never brought them.... We have stayed at Naplili Shores before, we had a great family vacation , we just got the wrong condo this time.

Stayed Dec 3, 2025Yes, nice ocean view. Indirect access to beach in front of other properties. In spite of being asked to use louvre rather than ir conditioning, the rank of louvre beside the sliding glass doors would not open. Cranking the handle did nothing. We also experienced a leak under the kitchen sink which was addressed promptly by the management.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025The unit was clean. However the selection of coffee cups was slim. The water flow in bathroom sink was very minimal. No plastic glasses were present to carry down to pool for viewing of sunsets. Weather was great!

Stayed Nov 6, 2024For the price; the owners of the unit should be ashamed of themselves. The dishwasher is extremely rusted inside, it’s a health hazard. The pans are that black Tfal and they were WHITE from being so scratched. The stove is rusted, no oven mitts or hot pad (that was a surprise when cooking). TV didn’t work (not big deal), coffee maker was rusting/filthy, walls are very banged up, no bbq utensils. Grateful for the beach chairs! The shutters by the lanai don’t open. When we arrived I did do a little clean, my preference. THAT BEING SAID, the property, beach, and grounds are so beautiful. The front desk staff were kind. And having the rental shop was great. The Gazebo restaurant was always busy, but calling in a to go order was fantastic!

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Property claims recent remodel. The stove has rust on it. The dishwasher has rust inside and out, the racks have disintegrated and dishes fall through. The kitchen sink appears to have mold in the cabinet underneath from previous leaks. The management company gave us a schedule of upcoming construction and remodels of the buildings. G 156 isn’t scheduled for 2024 or 2025.

Stayed Feb 4, 2024Nothing special for the price. Little attention given to details; ie, grungy patio chairs, coffee maker, appliances, pans, cabinets. Noisy toilet and hard water faucet stuck in bathroom. Minimal toiletries/kitchen supplies for long-term stay by management company.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023We love Napili Shores and have stayed here many times. But This room was the shabbiest, most poorly equipped we've ever experienced. It felt abandoned by the owner. ITrip, the managers, were very responsive to our requests, though.
