Property was exactly as listed and the couple of minor issues we encountered were immediately addressed by the management company. Excellent communication.

This trip was meant to be a nostalgic and meaningful family getaway, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a major issue with the air conditioning.Throughout our stay, the AC never worked properly — it blew mostly lukewarm air, with indoor temps staying over 80F during the day and around 78F at night. With three young children, this made the house very uncomfortable and stressful.What made things worse was the lack of solutions. A tech came out and claimed it was working. It was running but not cooling. We had to ask for fans ourselves, and no real solution was offered. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously.The home itself has potential, and in better conditions, we may have had a very different experience. But due to the unresolved AC issue, I would not recommend this property during the warmer months until the issue is fully addressed.

We liked the location and amenities. It was convenient and comfortable.

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Branson. We have plenty of room for our family of 4. It had a well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Nice, quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to attractions, shops and shows. The upstairs loft area was perfect for 2-3 kids (please note that it is open to the downstairs). If you are traveling with folks with limited mobility, please note that this is second story condo with no elevator and the main bathroom tub may be hard for some to get into to. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Branson again.

My family had a great stay at this unit. We had plenty of room and comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again.

We needed a spacious condo to accommodate the needs of our family of 6. Our kids ages range from 3-16, and I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and all of our kids had their own “space” to stay, the cabinets came stocked with sippy cups and child plates for toddlers and littles! There were a ton of board games for all of us and even toys for my 3 year old. Like I said, this condo met all of our needs and they thought of everything! It even had a baby gate for us to put at the bottom of the stairs, so we could keep our toddler out of the boys’ space in the evenings. They had the upstairs loft and bathroom (very spacious!)Everything was so easy, from check in to check out. The condo was very welcoming and the owners/staff did a great job of keeping in touch throughout our stay. I wish check out were a little later than 10:00 AM, but completely understand why and that they have to get it ready for the next group arriving. This condo has it all and was located in a great place! We were just a few miles from downtown on the main strip and then only a couple of miles from Silver Dollar City. We will definitely use again!

This was described perfectly. Better than several others, even in same resort, as it had extra beds, so none of our kids had to share. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of room. You could walk or take a quick drive over to the pool. Everything in town is minutes away by car. Great place, highly recommend!

Unit was clean and well stocked. Check in was very easy with a keypad, especially since we arrived very late at night. Beds were pretty comfy and there was a ton of towels/linens which we so appreciated being a family of 5. Kitchen had just about everything you could need to make meals. Discovered that the can opener was broken and management company brought a replacement same night. Neighborhood was safe and clean. We appreciated the gated community and the great amenities of swimming/hot tubs/ basketball/tennis courts. We had a great stay.

Visited Branson to enjoy the Christmas attractions, stay was great. Good location and we were able to take the kids to the indoor pool.

Check-in process was easy. Great communication before arrival. Convenient location. They even had a few supplies like k-cups and spices. Definitely recommended.

My family enjoyed their stay and everything was great!! We needed help with the volume of the tv and it was fixed in no time!

Nice property,clean and roomy,

We loved the condo! It was clean & well kept. It was hard for us to find the building at first. I think they must have closed a gate since the last GPS update. It sent us on the wrong street & we had to figure it out ourselves. Lol! Going up the stairs is getting harder for us, so we will look for lower level next time.

We have stayed at Pointe Royal several times amd the condo was very clean and the communication from the management group was fantastic!
