Welcome to the North Conway Townhouse Retreat! This bright, spacious getaway sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, large sun-filled windows, and a cozy living room with a striking stone fireplace. The lower level features Foosball and Air Hockey for added fun. Guests also have access to a heated outdoor community pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day—perfect for relaxing after exploring the White Mountains!

LIVING AREA

The living room is both welcoming and cozy, furnished with plush seating, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning stone fireplace. Ample natural light enhances the space, and a spacious Smart TV ensures easy access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for entertainment.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen provides ample space and comes equipped with essential tools and utensils for preparing delicious meals at home. The dining area accommodates six guests, with an additional four barstools available at the kitchen counter.

BED & BATH

This residence comfortably accommodates ten guests across four bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and a Smart TV.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, while the third has a queen bed, and the fourth has one twin bunk bed.
The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, while the upstairs bathroom features a combination shower and tub.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The balcony area offers a small table and chairs, a grill with provided propane, and extra seating. Guests also have access to a pool and tennis court for recreational activities.

EXTRA PERKS & DETAILS

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, family games, and a selection of books and nature guides. Each bathroom is furnished with a hairdryer, and towels, sheets, and essential amenities are provided.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:

Occupancy & Booking
*Minimum rental age: 25 years old (photo ID required).
*Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total.
*Only registered guests are allowed on the property – no outside visitors, parties, or events.
*All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.

Parking
*Maximum 2 cars per unit (only one in front of the unit).
*No parking in front of other units, on roadways, or fire lanes.

Quiet Hours & Conduct
*Quiet hours are every night from 10 PM to 7 AM. Deck noise is not allowed after 10 PM to 7 AM.
*Please keep conversations at a respectful level.
*No illegal activities (including drugs or internet use).

Smoking & Fire Safety
*No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans.
*No fireworks, open flames, or fire pits allowed.

Outdoor & Common Areas
*Pool rules must be followed (posted at pool entry).
*No outside food/trash storage or items hanging over railings.
*Gas grills only (provided by owner) on back decks.

Pets
*No pets allowed for renters – no exceptions.

Other Policies
*If you break or damage something, please let us know to arrange for its replacement or repair.
*Please dispose of trash properly. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way
*The property is monitored by an outdoor camera facing the driveway for security.

Violation Policy
*Rule violations may result in $50 per day per violation. $400 charge if smoking occurs.
*Police/fire calls may result in surcharges billed to the owner.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

    We really enjoyed our stay. It was a couple of minutes to Mount Cranmore and also 15 minutes away from Attitash, which gave us two excellent choices for skiing. We got rained out one day and spend a majority of our time in the townhouse and there was ample space for the 5 of us. The kids took advantage of the downstairs play/TV area while the the adults enjoyed the living room space. We didn't even use one of the bunk rooms. We could easily fit more guests. Our host was very easy to contact and he was very responsive leading up to and through our stay. I highly recommend this property.

    We have stayed in this complex several times. It has plenty of room for at least 6 people. We enjoyed the pool especially my 8yo grandson. Convenient to many hiking trails. Even though the weather was not the best we had a great time!!!! Would stay there again. ?

    We were pleased with the location-not too far from town but far enough so it was a quiet place to relax. The pictures are not exact as they did not reflect what our unit actually looked like. Overall, we had a great time.

    Nice quiet place close to the village. Perfect condo for a group of friends or family. Could had been 5 stars but ... Downside for us: in the advert, pool was supposed to be opened from Memorial Day (May 27) and that's why specifically we booked this place.Unfortunately in our case it was still close (June 16-20) - so would suggest to doublecheck with them before booking.

    We stayed at the property for a weekend in North Conway. The house is nice , clean and cozy. Next time we want to stay for a whole week. There so much to do in North Conway! We totally recommend Jason's townhouse!

    We had a fantastic time at the condo. There were 10 of us; 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 3,4,5 and 11). The place was clean and fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, towels, etc. The kids loved the basement which had plenty of toys and games. The location was great, just a short drive to Cranmore and downtown. We hope to come back next year!
