My place is close to the Beach

Great stay

Lissette was very responsive to any and all questions we had during our stay. The lodging was very clean and VERY well stocked. We enjoyed water sports, snorkeling, boogie boarding and using the on-site pool and gym. All accommodations and amenities were clean and well-kept. Everyone on the property and local shopping were kind and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

As usual, my stay at this condo was wonderful!! It is, by far, the most well-furnished, well-stocked rental unit that I’ve stayed in! I visit every year for a month or so. Vic provides enough soaps, shampoos, cleaning products, tissues, tp, dish soap, detergent, towels, and even condiments in the fridge!!His property manager is also fabulous!!Thanks again to you both! This house is so clean, organized and stocked from pantry items to beach towels, extra pillows and blankets and everything for the beach. The host and mgmt co. are very responsive. This is a big rental very close to the beach and shopping areas. The pool is beautiful and the gym is also right on the water. The only thing to keep in mind is the pool has no deep end and there is no jumping in which is appealing to some kids.

This condo unit is located in a beautiful gated community within the Waikaloa Beach area of the Big Island. The community itself has full access to a wonderful pool, restaurant, and bar sitting right on the beautiful Pacific ocean on the West side of the island so needless to say the sunsets here are spectacular. It came fully equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful time at the beach and on the island. All amenities are just as described and both the property owner and the property management were great to work with, very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone. We have stayed at the Hali I kai several times in different units and this one did not disappoint!

My 5-week stay was lovely in every way. Nicely furnished unit, plenty of supplies, great management company and owner, and as ever, wonderful Waikoloa weather!!!I’ll be back!!

Condo located in a gated resort area with quiet neighborhood. Several restaurants nearby. Condo is comfortable inside, well furnished, good sized bathrooms. Beds were a little too firm for some in our group. 6Kitchen is well equipped. Pool and hot tub at the clubhouse wereveey nice

Have stayed at this complex numerous times over the last few years. This unit was by far the nicest we have ever had. Everything you could want is included. They even had cold sparkling water in the fridge for us on arrival. Will absolutely be back.

This is the best equipped property we have ever stayed in. It had everything we could possibly need and everything was in good repair. Communication with the property owner and the manager was excellent. The pool area was great for adults and kids, the gym overlooked the ocean, the restaurant was great, and the drop-in pickleball gave us an opportunity to meet some of the other guests and owners. We stayed for 5 weeks and look forward to returning.
