What we enjoyed the most about this property was the coziness! What I have noticed, since I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties, that the kitchen lacked the minor necessities like a mixing bowl, tongs. That wasn’t a major deal because we improvised! The amenities were fantastic!
Property was exactly as advertised! We had a great week!
Great place! Very responsive team. Highly recommend.
It was difficult to find and difficult to unlock the electronic keypad lock but everything else was great.
Pros: Overall, the condo was clean, the check-in was easy, and the proximity to the mountain for our weekend ski trip at Loon was good. The interior of the space has been mostly updated, but the building itself is quite old-- be prepared for lots of stairs! Cons: The primary bedroom mattress was really uncomfortable (very stiff, bouncy) and the boxspring made a lot of noise, so either time my spouse or I turned in our sleep we were woken up by the squeaking. The walls were also apparently very thin because we could here every conversation happening outside (a floor below) in the room as if people were right up against the window. I didn't get a good night's sleep either night we stayed. Not a great way to recover from a day on the slopes. The linens and towels were so, so starched they were incredibly stiff and uncomfortable to use. They should be replaced. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low. It is pet friendly but ask about additional fees on top of the pet fee before booking. Good for a stay close to the mountain if you can deal with the above, but I wouldn't rebook.
Very cute condo with lots of nice updates. There is even a third floor bonus loft with TV which was a nice hang out for our older son. There was a small issue that it was advertised to come with 4 passes to the rec center when there were only 2. The property manager was extremely prompt in addressing our concern and refunded us the extra money we needed to spend on the two passes.
The condo was as expected. Up-to-date, clean, and comfortable. Satish was responsive and very accommodating of our schedule.
Stayed for our ski tip to Waterville valley. Nicely renovated, sparkling clean unit. Well-equipped! Quiet at night and easy to access clubhouse. 18 minutes drive from Waterville valley. Would like to come back soon!
