Mountain vista deluxe condo w/updated furnishings, wide views, & stone fireplace

The location, view, and furnishings were beautiful! However, there was a separate shower, but the light was burned out. They left instructions to clean up the trash, but no trash bags. When I requested a late check-out, it would cost $22 more. You can't use the fireplace past April ( it is May 24th)but, temp tonight will be in the 40's. I called about the lightbulb and trash bags, but no one ever came to take care of those things. They could have at least offered the late check-out ( it was our 37th anniversary). Not very good customer service. .

Beautiful decorations and views

The condo was beautiful and had all the comforts of home plus more. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the condo was expertly updated and spacious. I would definitely book this unit again!

Nightmare ski weekend! After bringing our luggage down icy stairs to this lower level unit, we found trash left from the previous guest (egg shells, salsa, and other food from their meals). Dishwasher was full, and hard to tell if the dishes were clean because a few utensils had food on them. Dust on dressers and one of the showers was also not recently cleaned. Overall we found that the condo was not well maintained. For example, one of rooms had a lamp with a broken switch. Dining room chair had arm broken. On the day of check-in, they messaged us to say the oven was not working and would not be available. This was disappointing, given we were planning to cook. Finally, the worst was the gas fireplace. It stayed on past the timer and would not turn off using the off switch. The phone service is poor, so I had to drive down the mountain to get a signal to call someone. After multiple attempts to contact the host, no reply came. After many hours of the fireplace running, this became a serious safety hazard. Given there was no response from the host, I decided it was safer to move my family into a hotel for the night and leave the property.

Great time visiting the area for my son’s 18th birthday. Beautiful property. Excellent communication with hosts. Loved our stay.

2nd time in this space. Very nice furniture, well equipped kitchen and breathtaking view. Only down side is you have to take a flight of stairs down to it. Kinda difficult if you have heavy bags.

The layout of the house was perfect for 2 couples, however, the home lacked in hospitality or home comforts. It felt very hotel/motel with a view.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and both times were great. I plan to return.

Beautiful location and beautiful home!

The home is beautifully furnished with nice heavy chairs and couch. Nice dining area. Plenty of appliance kitchen to be creative.

Very pleased with property and convenience to everything.

Property and location was just what we were looking for. Not as clean as we had hoped upon arrival. Empty wine bottle and eggs left in the refrigerator, dish washer was not emptied.

This unit was tastefully furnished & extremely clean. It has a fantastic view visible from the main areas. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the peaceful scenery.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The views were incredible, the home immaculate, and our time was amazing. The owners decor was just my style! I’d love to stay here again.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This was one of the best properties that we have stayed at so far. The view was amazing and the surrounding towns were great! I highly recommend it! If I had to say one negative thing, it would be that the trash receptacles are not convenient. We had to drive to throw out the trash when we left the property. Not that big of a deal, but a little inconvenience on an otherwise perfect stay.

The view of the mountains were amazing, wonderful place for a short vacation.

As soon as we opening the front door, we were pleased with the VIEW, the 5000' elevation condo provided and the apportionments within. The furniture throughout was very comfortable. The fireplace was welcomed to salve the disappointment of the cool rainy weather (40 degrees in May) and windy conditions. As a result we were not able to enjoy the deck either, but it was taunting us the whole time. For the most part, all necessities are included except a couple of minor items in the kitchen. Driving up and down the mountain was easy (except for snowy weather I'm told) to navigate and the location was close to a lot the Smokies have to offer. There are no trails, eateries, or outdoor fire pit at the condo, and smoking is not allowed on the property. Not a problem for us. WE thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to visiting again. The rental process was excellent with rapid responses to every text sent and question asked. We highly recommend the rental.

It was so much like home, we have the exact livingroom coffee/end tables in one of our homes!! Lol. So we must say you have great taste! We loved the view off the deck and from the livingroom & master suite! We truly enjoyed our stay! And as a bonus, the Vacasa website/app made the reservation/check-in/check-out a breeze! And we appreciated the txt from Vacasa advising us the home was clean and available for early check-in. Everything regarding our stay was awesome! We tried to stay a few more nights, but unfortunately it was booked. We will definitely return if we are in the area again! A+++++ Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us!
