Mountain-view, two-level studio with decks, pool & hot tub - close to skiing

Great ski loft, massive king sized bed, comfortable and quiet. I came just after the end of the main ski season and the area was pretty calm, empty and quiet. The skiing was still great without the crowds staying in the town. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge was quiet too. The carpets were thick and provided a nice cushion after a day on the slopes in boots. It was hard to leave such a comfortable and peaceful place to stay and wished I had been able to stay longer.

Super clean, well stocked unit and checking in/out was easy due to the great communication! Highly recommended

The only good thing about this unit is that it is close to the village. The bedspread had tears and rips and was falling apart, the fridge wasn’t cold even at the highest settings and made a ton of noise, there weee stains, splatters and a pee stain on the sheets, chairs and recliner. The place looked like it was furnished from a 80’s garage sale, cassette player, chairs with zero cushion and stains everywhere, banged up cabinets and walls:(

Location in Mammoth and in the condo community was great. Walkable to a few restaurants no problem, and just right of the main road (Lake Mary), but no noise at all. As for the unit itself, it has some deferred maintenance to be sure. It looks like it used to be someones home or second home, and the new owners just put it up for rent essentially as is. Refrigerator, like someone commented months ago, is still very noisy and will affect light sleepers, kitchen sink has a slight smell, blinds in the bedroom don't crack open, and no streaming ready TVs. Place was clean, and it met our needs for our 5 day trip, but other reviews about needing updating are still accurate as of our stay.

Wobbly table, broken wheels on chairs. Carpet in the bathrooms in a short term rental should be removed. Great location, good price.

Dishes were dirty. Condo has a particular smell to it as did the towels. Condo needs a bit of TLC.

Condo was exactly as advertised, check in process was seamless. Kitchen was functional with basic supplies provided (although the coffee mugs were entirely inadequate - way too small). The bed was comfortable and extra blankets easy to find. 9/10 would recommend again.

Great location for the price. They had everything we needed for the trip. Maybe a little outdated but we didn't spend much time in the condo besides to sleep. It is walking distance to Mammoth Brewery and many other restaurants. Easy to check in and check out. If you are looking for a place that isn't too fancy but close to everything this is a great place to stay.

The property is pretty comfortable for a few nights. Good location!Had some issues with the lock due to a poorly written instructions but it was fixed via a quick phone/ maintanance visit.Would return for sure!

Pretty shabby. Smelled very strongly of air fresheners. We actually complained, got refunded and stayed elsewhere

Very disappointed in the overall condition of this unit. The kitchen was very poorly appointed: horrible pots & pans, poor utensils, leaky faucet, extremely noisy refrigerator that wasn’t cold enough (milk spoiled after a few days) and NO DISHWASHER! The furniture is old and shabby. It appears that it has not had a deep cleaning or any updating in years!The quilt on the bed was in tatters, dry wall around the tub has a big hole. The heat was very difficult to regulate. The drapes were awful. I have stayed in several different HV units over the years and this was by far the worst! All others have had updated kitchens and baths. Frankly, I don’t believe this unit is worth the price charged or worthy of being a part of VRBO

We visited in mid-October. It's a nice location and a good price. The couch is not comfortable to sit on. The refrigerator needs to be replaced.

Perfect little spot for two people! Very cozy!

Place was old and drab, refrigerator was extremely noisy and it made it hard to sleep.
