Mountain-top condo with a indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & amazing sunset views

We enjoyed our stay, the condo had all the amenities and was adequately stocked, as described. However, housekeeping can definitely improve. We found snack wrappers from previous renters in the living room, dust bunnies, and the floors could definitely use some cleaning. The place appeared to have been spot cleaned/vacuumed, as I found so much dust and trash under the primary bedroom bed and nightstand, I only saw this because I dropped an earring and had to search for it. That was disappointing, in that the crew doesn't clean effectively, and the owner and renters are counting on this.

The place was neat and organized. We had to leave the day before because of the storm. If you are traveling by car make sure your car is a 4 wheel drive because they kick you out and the police can give you a ticket if you stay.

We had a wonderful time. This place was perfect for our family. We spent most of our time out at the ski resort, but this space was perfect for our family dinners and quiet night after long adventures. The staff downstairs was very helpful and answered all our questions. We already knew about the shuttles for parking so we were prepared. They were easy to access and all drivers were so friendly and accommodating. We also utilized the bus to get to and from the resort. The only thing we wished there was more of was towels but there was a washing machine so that was also utilized. Overall we would stay here again and recommend to friends looking for a convinient place to stay and ski.

Good location, needs renovation, needs more detailed instructions on how to check in, need to list that you are required to shuttle to and from the facility, the cleaning service did not do a great job - red mold in both showers, inside of toilets needed to be cleaned, food from previous stay was in fridge, and candy wrappers in the living room. The view was great and there are not many other places to stay in the area so we would stay here again.

Enjoyed the balcony view, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and tv. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Great place to stay!

Comfortable and clean

Great sunsets. Nice pool, sauna, hot tub. Parking is easy - shuttles run continuously when lower lots are needed, or you can do a short walk. Can easily walk to top of sugar mtn resort which is much faster than taking the free bus. .

Check-in time is 4pm, at 4:25 Vacasa management called to tell me the check in is delayed to 6pm (this interfered with all our evening plans) and there's nothing we can do about it. I requested a partial refund and to be notified ASAP when the property would be ready. Never received a call back or any communication from Vacasa regarding the issue. Since we were already at the property (condo building), we decided to see if it was ready at 5 and it was. When I called Vacasa back to discuss the issue the agent tried to tell me that check in times just START at 4, not always right at 4. I was baffled. I personally am a STR host/owner of over 8 years and four properties and I have NEVER told a guest their check in time was variable. I told him thats a lie and my contract states 4p check in. they clearly knew BEFORE that time it wasn't going to be ready but waited until AFTER 4 to tell us then never followed up. It's truly frustrating that large management companies can get away with things like this. I most definitely understand things happen and sometimes housekeeping can get behind (again, been doing this a long time as well) but the way it was handled was unacceptable. To some reading, this may seem like not a big deal. But this is exactly the kind of thing big companies need to address and I'm sure the actual owners of the property would be disappointed to know how it was handled, We will only be renting from small private owners from now on.

I stayed with my four children and we went tubing. It was their first time in the mountains and they enjoyed it so much!

Beautiful views and great amenities. We had fun at the pool and hot tub. All the permanent residents are so friendly as was the staff. The shuttle is a bit of a pain but the friendly fast service makes it almost enjoyable.

Very thing was easy from check in and out. My kids really enjoyed the pool.

This was a very comfortable condo. The unit is westward facing and the views/sunsets were beautiful.

Plenty of towels for showers and the pool. Plenty of space for the whole family to sleep.

The place was spacious, clean, and oh so comfortable. Everything we needed and more, with a gorgeous sight of the mountains on the balcony!! Look forward to coming back!!
