The property was clean and well appointed. Great sunrises from the deck. From the pictures you get the impression that access from the parking lot is without stairs, but the unit is below grade and you have to manage a flight of stairs.

Tiled shower needed mold removed from all walls and floorSliding screen fell off track when opened. Should have provided starter K-cups for Keurig.Small swivel chair in LF was tilted off of swivel and leaning.

This is an excellent property. We particularly enjoyed the balcony/deck with such spectacular views. All of the other amenities were excellent. We arrived late on the day of arrival and retrieved a single key card for the gated property and one key for the door. We did not receive a passcode for the gate, nor for the individual unit's entry door. The door is equipped with a combination lock. The following day we reached out to the VACASA Customer Service Line, and a pleasant young lady assured us that she would get back to us with a solution for both of those needs. She never responded during the balance of the stay. We were able to find a way for either my spouse or myself to remain at the condo, or to leave the property together. A returned communication, with a solution or at least an explanation would have been appreciated. Also, In our discussion with Customer Service we were told that we could return the key and gate pass to the local office at checkout. As we checked out this morning we found that the local office was closed, and we resorted to placing the items in the key drop box.

The onsite office was closed early and our welcome package was not left where it was supposed to be. Thankfully someone from another group was able to give us a key to the property or we would have been stranded with no access code. The location was clean but it is NOT walking distance to the slopes as indicated in the listing.

I booked the place because it said 2 minute walk to ski lift , it’s a 15 minute drive , also said there was a gym , nope , the master shower had several large mold spots , tile was really dirty , I wish I could post pics , this place is a serious let down , the view is nice ,

Disposal and jets in master tub don’t workKitchen faucet not working properly. Other than those minor things we had a great time and would returnCheck in was a bit confusing. Signage not good. Open light off.

Overall a nice visit...Unfortunately...Roofers working on our building did not allow us to catch up on sleep after our long journey to your unit at Banner Elk

Place was wonderful. Clean beautiful good price. My only complaint is the main bathroom left sink fell in the middle of the night scared my wife half to death. The other thing was above the microwave the plastic vent was broken.

Property overall great! Furniture very uncomfortable! Due to storm it was impossible to get info on conditions in the area. Vacasa would not be my preferred provider for vacation rentals.

Very comfortable spacious 2 bed apartment with sensational views and good location.

The views from the balcony were spectacular! We loved watching the sun come up each morning and set in the afternoon. WiFi worked great. Will definitely return in the future

THIS PROPERTY WAS WAY MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. VIEWS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE NEIGHBORS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. WE WERE A LATE ARRIVAL AND THE CHECK IN WAS STILL VERY SIMPLE. WILL DEFINITELY TAKE MY FAMILY BACK AGAIN.

We like to stay in November but this Spring was Beautiful. Mountains were green and blue skys. We want to go again

Owners did not scrimp on quality of furnishing, decorating and having the best provisioned kitchen we have ever seen. I was pleased and would consider coming back again. Great views. Be mindful there is construction that often had the entrance blocked causing minor delays and noise.
