Mountain Resort Condo with King Bed Suite

The condo was nicely appointed and the owner thought of everything. There were games, puzzles, plenty of linens and every appliance you could think of. She even provided coffee and tea. The place was clean and homey. Instructions were provided and there was even a list of local restaurants with menus. I can't wait to go back again. I highly recommend this place which could easily sleep 8 people.

The place is very clean, we were 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10. The condo is very spacious and it could fit all of us. Enough blankets for everyone, the kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need for those who are looking to cook. The kids enjoyed the pools and the Jacuzzi's indoor and outdoor... we'll definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay in Lori's quiet condo overlooking snowy woods during the Christmas holidays! With the three levels we could spread out but often found ourselves spending time together in the comfy living room. The community center was just down the hill and there were several walking/snow shoeing trails close by. The building complex is at the top of the neighborhood but there was timely snow removal and road maintenance so we had no trouble. We were there for skiing and were situated between Waterville and Loon Mountains. Wish we could've gotten in some turns on the local hill but the lifts were not running. Next time!

We had a great long weekend at this condo. We wanted to be outside all weekend, but it rained. The unit, pool, fishing pond, and game room were awesome for two couples with young kids. The unit itself was well-equipped, and super comfortable. We'd definitely look to stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location is excellent and the condo was in great shape. The layout of the upstairs loft is a little bit unusual with the sink on the side of the bedroom outside the bathroom and a curtain separating the king bed from the twin + trundle. The downstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom that are a more standard layout.

The condo was very nice and convenient for all of us. There was more stairs to get to the condo and inside the condo then some of us expected. Parking was ok, we usually always had to park in the lower parking lot and have to walk up to the condo. Was difficult on some of my group that had coordination issues and trouble walking after a while. Not ideal for somebody if you have any handicap issues. Overall everyone in my party had a wonderful time and they do with whatever we need to. Everyone in my group is not used to stairs so it was challenging at first. We expected stairs but not as many as there was. We would do it again

My family and I were looking for a bigger place than we usually rent in Waterville Estates. Have been renting in the area for many years. Lori was easy to communicate with us and her home is wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Very clean and comfortable, well furnished with essentials. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Lori!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I typically stay in hotels but found this on short notice. I stayed with myself, 9yo daughter and best friend with 2 children (9&10). It was a very easy drive from Boston, we skiied at cannon mountain and Waterville valley. Enjoyed easy rides to each (20 minutes each) , quick grocery pick up at Campton cupboard at the end of the road. The house had all of the necessities and more to cook dinners in and have family game night. *surprise bonus entertainment* Campton Mountain!!! 1 minute drive, kids did a couple extra night runs, we all had dinner, and we listened to awesome live music, with amazingly friendly service. Can’t wait to back??
