Regardless of the time of year you choose to visit, there will be something for everyone to enjoy, as the complex offers a shared pool, hot tub, and sauna for guest use while being mere steps from the lifts. After a full day of fun, guests will love playing a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV as the fireplace flickers nearby. Not to mention, the chef of the group can whip up some comfort food in the full kitchen that features a gas range, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a wine cooler. And, there is no better way to end each dreamy day than watching the sun go down with a glass of wine as you reminisce with loved ones on the balcony.
The skiers of the group will be spoiled at Main Street Station 1208 with access to the lifts mere steps away. Best of all, the beginners and experts in the group will have just as much fun with a wide variety of runs for all experience levels. Sitting on Main Street also has its perks, as you can simply walk to the many restaurants, breweries, and shops in town within minutes. Summer months will uncover the wonderful hiking and biking trails as well including Spruce Creek Trail (four miles from home base).

There is one allowed parking spot located in the underground garage. Additional and oversized vehicle parking options are not available onsite; overnight pay parking is available in the town's Ice Rink and Airport Road parking lots.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean. Well decorated and well stocked with basics. Location for walking Breckenridge was perfect. Great base for going to Leadville and other places around as well.
The balcony view is underrated, it’s stunning. We loved the home and the shampoo and soaps provided were a nice touch. Check in and check out was seamless. Parking was a little difficult to figure out as the garage has multiple tenants. The location was the best part it’s right on Main Street and we walked to many restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!
Location is amazing, running spring is super relaxing to look at and listen to from either the balcony or the opening of windows, great mountain view and ski lift view from balcony, walking distance to main street for all the shops and food!

we were in town for just a couple nights in October the location to main street was perfect on site parking was very helpful.
This was our first stay in Breckenridge, but it will not be our last! We wanted to see fall colors and just enjoy the town. That was very easy to do from the location of this unit…everything was walking distance. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and fantastic views off the small deck area. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Would highly recommend!

The location is wonderful for summer. Walking everywhere is doable. We did not use our car the whole time. The views are gorgeous. You can see the Maggie from your room and you are right on the Blue River. The accomodations were very nice except, that when we went to shower there was a big glob of hair on the drain. Also the bottom edge of the shower is has black residue. We were provided with two bath towels and two hand towels and no wash cloths for 4 nights. If the shower was clean this would be above a 5 star accomodation.

Location is fantastic for access to the slopes and the town. And the apartment is very cozy.
This place has all we needed for a family of 4. Pool and hot tubs right out the door. 5 min walk to Quicksilver Superchair Lift. All the restaurants you need right out the door as well. Place is great size for a 1 bedroom and very cute.
This is the spot to stay if you want to be close to the lifts and the town. So convenient, and super cute and cozy decorations make this a great place to stay:)
