Arrived to a nice clean place. Location is convenient. We tried contacting maintenance a few times to fix the fireplace, with no return calls. Beds and couches are uncomfortable. The water temperature did not work properly anywhere in the condo. Also the listing claims there is a washer/dryer, but have no clue where because there was not one in the room. Disappointed with the place and misleading reviews, I would not stay here again.

The location was great. The view was great. There were a lot of broken things, hard to get the key out of the lockbox. The carpet was so gross that always had to have shoes on. Very dated.

Economical option for the area, convenient location, inside is worn and dated, possibly original to when it was built many, many years ago. Old appliances, Very few utensils, the windows are inoperable per the host rules which is an issue if you’re staying there on a warm day in the queen bed room like I had. The place is adequate for me and my son when mountain biking in the area, I would not bring my wife and daughter to this condo, they would be uncomfortable.

Amazing location, basic needs met, simple instructions. Perfect for a quick get away to see a show at the Amphitheatre or Reservoir.

The location and shared amenities were great—close to the park, amphitheater, and lake beach. The complex had a nice, warm pool and two spacious hot tubs with working jets. The kitchen, bedding, and towels were clean, which we appreciated. However, the unit itself needs serious maintenance and deep cleaning. The carpet was filthy (as noted in older reviews), tiles in the bathroom were broken, and the baseboard heaters and windowsills were extremely dusty. Corners and hard-to-reach areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, if not years. The crank windows (the only form of A/C) were broken and difficult to operate. A note by the thermostat says to use them for cooling—naturally the first thing you see when entering a warm unit—but a conflicting note by the fridge (discovered much later) says not to use them. That messaging should be clearer. The heater in the second bedroom wouldn’t turn off, making it uncomfortable to sleep. A maintenance staff member did come promptly and was kind and genuinely tried to fix it—we appreciated his effort—but the issue wasn’t resolved. There were also some broken lamps, burnt-out bulbs, and exposed sharp metal on a door jamb—a safety concern for families.Overall, we enjoyed the area and some aspects of the stay, but the unit needs more care before we’d recommend it.

Read the reviews it’s just as bad as everyone has said. Doesn’t matter how cheap I’d never stay again.

The location is excellent as it is close to several ski resorts, a lake and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The place is in need of serious upgrades and repairs. The property manager and maintenance folks are quick to reapond.

There were too many problems to list them all but here is a sampling.Unable to close and lock bedroom window.Dishwasher was partially installed and broken.Exposed wires in baseboard heater.Faulty outlets made for a spark hazard.Wood frame coming out of broken sofa.Broken window blinds.Broken deadbolt and safety chain on front door, possibly from forced entry.Broken glass on shower.Chunks of drywall missing by bedroom windows. It appears that the carpets are decades old with many stains throughout the apartment. The owners agent said they were sending someone to take a look at the problems but they never showed nor did they provide a habitable accommodation.

This condo is in need of a total renovation. Stained carpets, missing hardware, dishwasher not properly installed, damaged woodwork, etc. Location great but cannot recommend renting this unit.

I saw some of the previous reviews and decided to take the risk and book this place. Here are my takeaways... The Good: This rental has an amazing location if you're planning on attending any shows at the Amphitheater across the street. The fireplace works and is cozy. The balcony faces the amphitheater which is pretty cool, especially for multi-day shows. The Bad: The beds/bedding need updating/replacing. The bed in the master bedroom is remarkably uncomfortable and the bedding on all the beds seems like it has been used everyday since 1970 (and it's scratchy). The master bathroom had a knob missing on the cold water and a note indicating it would be fixed after our stay, but the note looked a little old and I wouldn't be surprised if no repair was scheduled. The (very) Ugly: The carpet is so so so so stained. It looks like someone was running a hospice for incontinent dogs in this condo. The carpet really needs to be replaced, and I would recommend staying elsewhere until this is addressed. Can't stress this enough, its very off-putting. If I had rented this condo out for a romantic getaway, I would be supremely upset. As it is, I was attending a show across the street so I really just needed a place to crash for a few nights with my friends. All in all, this is a 1-star condo in a 5-star location. Seriously don't overlook these reviews people

Location.access to heated pool, walking path, view of lake and mountains. Access to highway, grocery store m. We have stayed there for years before Covid and while we biked and hiked. We are familiar with area because it feels like home away from home. I returned so many evaluations on this place which all say about the same thing. I do hope the owners and management respond to all issues as they have to do with cleanliness and in turn respect for their prospective tenants.

I will say the location was great. Outside of that, it was pretty atrocious. I started by taking a nap on the couch. Huge mistake. The couch hasn't been cleaned in a decade. My neck and skin that touched the couch itched the rest of the day. The carpet looks like its been through a few fraternity wars. The furniture on the deck may have been picked up on at a 'free' garage sale. You DID NOT want the comforter to touch you...so you had to strategically make sure sheets were over the top of everything. The shower head was stolen from my high school locker room (graduated in 1994). Bathroom sink hardly drained...nice touch there. Hard to believe the state of disrepair this unit has gotten to.
