Stayed Aug 13, 2024Great place to escape to and enjoy the beautiful mountains all around. Very nicely decked out with all the comforts of home, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, even games and movies to play at night. Host/manager put a lot of thought into the little details and that makes for a really nice place to relax and enjoy vacation time. Would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Very comfortable accommodation and well-stocked with kitchen amenities. There were bears active in the area so we didn’t adventure out on a lot of the trails but did enjoy happy hour/dinner at the Nugget Bar. The Hot tub was out of service but we enjoyed a trip down to the hot springs in Durango. I appreciate that it was pet friendly too!

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The condo was clean and very well furnished and stocked. It is a great location, midway between Durango and Silverton. My wife and I enjoy the hiking in the Silverton area, but I’ve had problems with finding good lodging in the town of Silverton. I will definitely return to the Silverpick condo on future trips to the area.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025The condo was very comfortable for me and my son. It contained all the amenities we required for home cooked meals. We also enjoyed the community hot tub. Mandy was very accommodating to a minor change I requested and she was very responsive. We would not hesitate to rent with Mandy again.
