If you're feeling adventurous, Keystone Ski Resort is only 12 miles from the property. Plus, with Uber available, getting around town is a breeze—no car needed! Whether you're exploring by foot, bus, or car, getting to Breck’s best attractions is quick and easy.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that hot tub, recreation area with ping pong, foosball, pool table, and TV, as well as a workout room and steam room, with no set hours, though a key is needed outside of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.



A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
