    We enjoyed the property but the communication was lacking with the management. We had an A/C unit in the bedroom that only worked via remote control. The remote control was missing and they came up to the room to see if they could locate it. They could not but offered us a bedroom fan which we agreed would be helpful—however they never brought us the fan. It was a warm weekend so sleeping without A/C or a fan was unpleasant. Other then that Location was good, and place was clean

    Wife, two puppy dogs and I were simply delighted with the condo, it’s great view of the promenade, just steps from numerous restaurants, shops, easy access to underground parking via private elevator.     Unit was centrally located within the village. It was spacious, clean and well stocked with all items in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room.Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the parking stalls were quite narrow. Would stay again for a longer period of time to enjoy more of what the overall area has to offer,

    Location! Location! Location!What a perfect spot to stay in Whistler. We were there to run the Whistler 10k. The race started practically outside our front door. We hung out at the park in the sunshine afterwards. Dinner was at 21 Steps which was literally 21 steps away from our condo. Just perfect. Yes, we were facing the bar, Garfinkels, and we did not hear a thing! Ideal location. Highly recommended.

    This unit is a business- when they say check in at 4:00 pm they will not allow you in earlier then 4:00 regardless of the room being ready. They do not provide easy access to the garbage disposal so your garbage accumulates because you can't figure out how to carry it out. The instructions to access the parking garage was poor and confusing. The place have minimal supplies like toilet paper we stayed and week and had to purchase some. The location in the village was great. The unit was laid out well. The unit fireplace did not work.

    The place is exactly as advertised and is in an incredible location - a few mins walk to the ski lifts and really central for anything else. The check in process is seamless and the property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive during out stay. The only thing to be mindful of is the floors seem to be paper thin so if you have a heavy footed guest upstairs you will definitely hear them but we only had this issue for a portion of our stay. We highly recommend this apartment.

    Perfect location. Plenty of space. Private master suite. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Free underground parking with a reserved spot. We had some difficulty finding the lodge. It’s above Eddie Bauer and next to billabong.

    The overall property was great, and I would definitely consider a second booking. I look forward to seeing the improvements. If asked what could be improved, the mattress in the main bedroom with the ensuite needs to be upgraded for added comfort. Building management needs to clean up the recycling room regularly. Brutal. thank you

    Place was exactly as shown . First impressions of the place , it was very clean !! Kitchen was well equipped we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Great location, parking spot and unit were right beside the elevator. Check in was very easy. We would book this spot again ,highly recommend.

    Our stay in whistler was for our son’s wedding and what a fantastic stay we had, the apartment was amazing and could not have been in a better location right in the centre of Whistler. Loads of great restaurants all around the village and what a great vibe everywhere. If needed would definitely us this apartment gain without hesitation.

    The proximity to everything we could possibly want was amazing. There was plenty of space, the place was clean and parking was great. It is in a busy area which is what we wanted so there is a bit of noise at times, but it didn’t bother us in the slightest. We would definitely come back again.
