Stayed Jul 13, 2024This unit was super cute. It had everything we needed. It was literally a couple of steps from the back door to the pool gate. The place was clean and there are lots of restaurants near. The beach, though ridiculously crowded, is also very close. The only complaint we had is that there is not much of a sound barrier between floors. The people upstairs seemed to be having a lively pogo stick competition. But that’s not the fault of the owners. All in all it was very relaxing.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023This was our 3rd year staying at Colony ll @ Oyster Bay with our grandson. And we had the best time. It was an extremely hot week, but we stayed refreshed in the pool, which is just steps from the patio. We did take the quick drive to Sunset Beach to spend a day or two on the beach, which never disappoints. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. It was very clean and fresh! The check in was super easy and communication with the owner was very easy and replies were fast. We can't wait to be back next year. As my grandson says, It's our favorite place to stay at the beach!
