'More Memories' - Remodeled 30a Condo, 20ft from Rosemary w/ Two King Bedrooms

This condo is in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach, pools, Rosemary and property amenities. Onsite there is grocery (ideal for items forgotten and / or needed quick), restaurants, food and drink options. The walk to the beach is easy and the pools are great. The condo itself is in excellent condition and well appointed with everything you need. For us the only negative, and we chalk this up so it being Spring Break for many states, was parking. Multiple times we struggled to find a parking spot or were left to walk and carry our items from far away. Again, I am sure this is not the case when traffic in the area is not at peak. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit this beautiful area on 30a! Thank you to our hosts for a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at More Memories! It’s a beautifully decorated condo with high ceilings and plenty of space for our family of 5. Comfy beds. The wading pool was great for our little ones. The location is perfect, too. Alys beach and Rosemary beach are just a short walk of cycle away. We also enjoyed the Peddlers Pavilion - great food and shopping options. The hosts were very responsive throughout the entire process and a delight to work with. The only thing I’d recommend to the owners is to include some beach towels, and ideally a bucket and shovel or two; we also recommend adding some grilling utensils. The other condos we looked at included these items. Despite these two things we’d definitely consider coming back to this condo!

Very comfortable place to stay and great location.

More Memories is a beautifully furnished, comfortable condo in a great location. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of lush bath towels. Right on top of Seacrest Sundries in case you forgot something and Beach and Brew. Walking distance to best restaurants on 30a. Owners are immediately responsive should a need arise. We’ve been staying here for years.

The location is great and the property looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable! The owners were great communicators. Would definitely recommend this place.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We found it odd that there weren’t any pool towels for the beach and the pool so we bought our own. There were issues with the garbage disposal as it kept blowing the fuse and wouldn’t work so we went and bought an allen wrench to get it working. It still didn’t work well so we quit using it. We will be coming back to the area as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close to shopping and restaurants.

We had a great time staying in this condo. The pool was never crowded and the access to shops music and restaurants was fantastic. The only downside is that there isn’t always enough parking. Once we had a good parking spot we felt like we couldn’t leave. We saw multiple people getting warnings for parking in not a parking spot but there was nowhere else for them to park. Other than that our stay was a lot of fun.

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at More Memories! It was clean, decorated nicely, and the perfect amount of space for our family! We loved the proximity to the beach and the restaurants and entertainment! We rented bikes and rode to The Big Chill, Rosemary beach, Alys Beach, and The Donut Hole! It was the perfect location! The owners shared all of the info about renting chairs and bikes and we had everything set up before arrival. We loved our vacation and already planning to return to More Memories!

We had a fantastic stay at More Memories! We were able to access our condo easily, had an excellent location to the beach and pool and all the shops, PLUS the tram service to the beach was amazing. Communication with the owner was easy and they were so friendly. The only critique I would give would be to have a welcome binder with local information about executions, eateries, shopping and other travel tips for us out of towners. But that’s it - this was a magical trip for us and we had a relaxing getaway! Thank you!

The condo is beautiful. We had a wonderful time while staying there. It was a little difficult to find & parking was a bit of a hassle at first. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient. We had 4 adults & 2 kids, so the bedroom layout worked out perfectly. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit on the hard side for us and the pillows weren't great, I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Our only complaint about the condo is it needs a bigger capacity water heater than 38 gal. Every day after a day at the beach we all took showers to wash off all the sand, salt and sunscreen and it wouldn't fail that at least 2 of us would be taking a cold shower. The other complaint we had was not with the condo, but with the lack of info of the beach access rules. Specifically, the fact they don't allow wagons or wheeled coolers. If we had known, it would have drastically changed how we packed. I would have not brought my large wheeled Yeti cooler or our collapsible wagon for all the kids beach toys, towels etc. We didn't learn this until we walked down to the beach access with a fully loaded cooler & wagon only to get stopped by security, turned around to walk back to ditch the wagon. Thankfully they did allow us to use our cooler if we road the shuttle. Be aware there is a long flight of stairs down to the beach. Lastly, We will never use La Dolce Vita to rent chairs again!!! Very Shady Company!!! I highly recommend calling Brandy @ 30A Lounge Vue Beach Rentals for chairs, see pic.

I cannot say enough good about our stay! Jason was super easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The unit was perfect for a group of friends staying together for a wedding. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and most importantly the beach!

Our stay at this gorgeous condo in Rosemary Beach was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll from the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel like a private oasis. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We especially loved sipping coffee on the balcony in the mornings and enjoying the ocean breeze.One small hiccup during our stay: the fire alarm battery alert went off unexpectedly early one morning. The property manager responded immediately and had everything sorted in no time. The quick resolution and professional handling of the situation actually made us feel even more confident about the quality of care and service here.We can't wait to come back and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Rosemary Beach!

We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect right between Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach! We loved the amenities this had to offer - shops, biking, pools, restaurants right below the unit!! We made the best memories and will definitely be back:)

We loved our stay. It was our first time in 30A and this was the perfect home away from home for us.

We loved the location! The condo was very clean, we enjoyed how spacious it was and the hosts quickly answered the couple of questions we had ahead of our arrival. I am sensitive to noise at night but quiet hours are strictly enforced so we did not have any issues at all! Our kids enjoyed having two pools to choose from (one heated) and were able to walk to the beach with no issues. We did take the tram to the beach one day, which the kids also had fun on! We would definitely stay again!

Little hard to find the location at first (would recommend clearer directions with check in message) but was a nice condo rental in the heart of Rosemary Beach and Villages of South Walton. We had a great time!

What a lovely trip we had on the beautiful 30 A. This condo was so cute, clean, and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. The balcony was a great addition to hang out and enjoy the pretty weather. This condo is located in the perfect location, on the third floor of a great little community. We were able to walk downstairs and get coffee and breakfast, rent our bikes, do a little shopping and enjoy a couple cocktails at night. The owners were so communicative and accommodating and we really appreciated their hospitality. Do note, they do not provide beach towels so if you do plan to go to the beach that is something you might want to pack in your bags. Other than that, everything we needed was available to us at this beautiful condo.

More Memories Condo was lovely. It was clean & well equipped for a home away from home experience. Jason was very helpful & quick to answer questions. The location was perfect for us. Centered between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, which were both very different experiences. Just steps to Rosemary Beach were shops & restaurants. Found no public beach access though. Then in the other direction was Alys Beach, which is more of a quiet residential area. No public beach access but its a beautiful walking area & has a Nature Walk that was a nice peaceful walk. The beach access from Condo was a short walk towards Alys Beach & across the street at Seacrest. Must wear wrist band to get access to beach. Very nice beach, beautiful soft, clean white sand. Enjoyed our stay.

This condo in Seacrest was absolutely amazing! It was clean, had comfortable beds, the air worked well, and the location was perfect! Thank you too for leaving kitchen essentials and snacks. We will definitely be stay here again! I have recommended you several times already. :) Thank you! Caroline

Was extremely upset that the listing stated water view...about 3 inches of view from balcony between the property on the other side. Condo was beautiful. Area was beautiful with security. We ladies felt safe. Address hard to fnd. We left Texas at 6am on that Tuesday and thought we would have a few day light hours to explore. Is was almost 3 house searching to find your unts. We stopped over 6 people ,the address did not have clear directons. Until later that day we had no idea we were in the village. It was confussing. It was dark to see signs. We were not familiar with this area. No blackard on the day with the name d Condo. It did not have the logo we were looking for More Memories? Over all beautiful stay,plenty to do ,enough room for us three ladies. We will return next year but we WANT total water view possible in Destin. We will stat looking in January or February. Thank you

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. It slept the 6 of us perfectly and the location was great. We could walk everywhere and restaurants in the area were wonderful.

This condo was everything we were looking for! The location is great, it looks just like the photos, and it was cozy and comfortable for our whole family. The pool was great for our young children and there’s plenty to see and do within walking distance. We look forward to coming back!

Very nice property right in the middle of everything. Has all the amenities you need and there is a great little bar straight downstairs for adults that had an 80s music bingo night. That was fun!
