The unit we stayed in was very dirty. Which was incredibly disappointing considering we were charged a significant cleaning fee for a two night stay. The floors and carpets were so dirty that we couldn't walk on them without socks or shoes. There was some sort of white residue on the couches and coffee table so we avoided using them.

Property was beautiful and slept 4 adults comfortably.

Dated room …. Old furnishings… stained / dirty carpeting … cramped accommodations …

Beautiful condo/hotel/location.

I stayed here with my daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. It was a good size for us. The condo is in good shape and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a quick drive to town, to the beach and to Gosman’s dock. We enjoyed the amenities at Montauk Manor, my grandchildren went in both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool, played volley ball and tennis (we found tennis rackets and balls in the closet, along with some books, a few games and extra towels and bedding). The only thing to be aware of, if anyone is planning on sleeping on the pull out couch. The sun comes in very brightly in the morning through the half bay window because there are no blinds on that part of the window. But overall, we had a great stay, enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for a family to spread out a bit. Clean and well provisioned. Only downsides are no outdoor space— balcony or patio - on this unit, and you definitely need a car since it’s about a mile to town.

The property is located on a hill! The view is stunning. Our condo was warm and inviting with huge windows for lots of natural light. The lobby was grand and cozy, with fire places often lit. The cute bar and restaurant was opened daily. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The location is close to everything. We enjoyed walking outside daily! We LOVED it!

This place was very nice. Would stay there again. Montauk Manor is always a nice getaway!

Hotel is great. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean. The only thing to note is that there are no windows in the bedrooms. One does have inside windows open to living room from upstairs.

The Montauk Manor deserves its landmark designation but it is certainly updated and thoughtfully remodelled. The space is very well laid out and there are lovely vistas from every vantage point. My biggest complaint is the noise. Not necessarily the noise of other guests, but an unexplainable mechanical noise. It was a nuisance mostly just in the quiet of the night and the only détraction to an otherwise delightful stay.

Clean, well stocked and very convenient location in Montauk. It's peaceful and we didn't hear any noise from the neighbors or the lobby. All of our group was comfortable, having the two full bathrooms was essential for getting ready for the wedding we were attending on saturday. One of our group did try out the gorgeous, newly redone sauna on the lower level of the Manor and raved about it. Though the vrbo isn't a huge space for 4 people it is enough. I was up and out to see the sunrise every morning at a local spot just up the road and there is always the stunning lobby that you can sit and chat with friends. The only thing I would mention is the dining room chairs, though white and classy, are uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time as the padding in the seats appear to have been compressed over time. But that's just a very minor complaint and easily rectified by putting a pillow from the couch on the chair. A lovely place to stay, great amenities. Note - the parking spaces at the check in area limited. Everyone does appear to park in the fire lane for a few minutes to unload luggage, you do have to move your car down to the parking lot past the tennis courts. I did notice a number of handicap spots near the lobby for those who have trouble walking and there were usually a few spots open. It's lovely - thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful place ?. Captures the elegance and class of the Hamptons. The view of the pond is gorgeous.

Comfortable 2 bedroom in nice, Tudor style hotel. Clean and well equipped. We had a good stay and would do so again.
