Momo's cozy home 2BR/2BA with pool

The kitchen cooking supplies were poorly cleaned and the lack of overall hospitality was disappointing. There were four towels even though we had booked for 5. There were no kitchen towels. The coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned and it had mold in it. We checked out immediately. If we had seen it in person first we would not have booked it.

This property is located on a quiet street, centrally located to many attractions in Dallas. Grocery, restaurants and entertainment are located quite close. The host is responsive to messages. We had some issues when we first arrived and contacted the host letting them know. The apartment was dirty, lots of dust, sticky floors and smelly rooms. At first they responded saying that the sticky floors were due to the cleaning solution used, but when we sent pictures they sent someone to clean the floors again, yet the stickiness remained. The property is also in need of maintenance, There was a hole in the wall in one of the rooms covered with duct tape, peeling paint in the bathroom walls, and mold along the sink and bathtub caulking. The washing machine had hair and mold along the gaskets, and the dryer had a thick layer of lint in the trap. The kitchen vent had a loose piece of metal that clanks any time the AC is turned on. Overall, a poor experience as far as cleanliness and guest comfort, We will not stay here again,

The pool was closed. Construction before 7am, debris from the roof actually struck me as I left the property. The dirtiest vrbo we've ever stayed at.One outlet didn't work. I don't like leaving a terrible review, but here we are...The location was great.Our host was quite poor at responding in a timely manner. We are seeking further resolution.As experienced VRBO travelers, this was a uniquely bad experience.

We had a very lovely mini vacation. The house was beautiful and very clean. Host was very quick with responses to our few questions. We loved it here

We had such a nice stay at Momos. I’ve seen other people on here might not like the couch on the floor, I say it is so super cute and it really goes nicely with the aesthetic- and is very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the style of the condo, but there are some really good highlights to add. It is quiet! Like quiet peaceful quiet. There were no noisy loud people outside or too many traffic noises - we very much appreciated that. It was spacious for us and clean upon arrival. The host was very considerate and responded to us quickly if we had a question. Another thing I don’t think is mentioned enough - there is so much to do in close approximation. There’s grocery stores, Torchy’s tacos , pubs. Honestly I thought it was great. I would absolutely recommend and when we’re in Dallas again we will definitely book!!

Momo'shome was exactly what we needed at a price we could afford. The lication was perfect for our purposes and the quiet, nearly empky little pool and hit tub across the parking lot was an unexpected blessing. Owner was resonsive and helpful when needed.

Good location and space. Owner knew a chocolate placed in sconce had melted and dripped down wall, yet it was still there. Mug left in microwave with dairy was moldy and gross. Out of body wash, but rectified next day. No dressers to place clothes in either bedroom.

The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any washcloths/dishtowels. Other than that, zero complaints. It's a good, solid, rental.

The overall stay was good, except for the 2 love seats, 1 that sits on the floor and is very uncomfortable. All single chairs and no real sofa. Not enough towels, cookware or flatware. Owner should leave instructions on how to change the TV settings from Spanish to English.

Where do I start at the rude neighbor who told us quit going up and down the stairs making noise yrlled at my 5 year old and my mom I asked her to go away as I try to shut door she opens the screen door and pushes the other door and tells me I said b quite mfer my room and started talking in her language walked off came back with 2 older guys 12/17 and I middle age lady the lady called us crackers and B words that’s when I called 911 I paid for a nice stay the twin bed is a baby air mattress not enough covers no pots and pans the stuff in the picture they play off as coffee it’s Oreo crumbs told us there was a key to pull in master room then got smart when I said some about that like I knew we didn’t need one kids corner is games with pieces missing good thing I brought toys for my kids they got stuff for show no big trash cans we barely could cook tv wasn’t in English Wi-Fi wasn’t working it was horrible I give MOMO a big fat 0 do better
