Stayed May 30, 2026This is a fantastic property in a great location. Very easy to walk to WaterColor Beach Club and to Seaside, but still quiet at night. Also very easy to walk to the Boathouse where they offer kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. The condo is spacious and was very comfortable for our family of four including two teens. In fact, the photos on Vrbo don’t do justice to how spacious the unit is. We never felt cramped - everyone had plenty of space. The huge wrap around balcony was also great - we loved eating meals at the outdoor table in the screened portion of the balcony.We would absolutely stay in this unit again - a great week in WaterColor!

Stayed Apr 12, 2026Pool is great. Room could have been cleaner. Art was missing from the walls which we missed. Tub wouldn’t drain. Overall really nice. We will be back to watercolor.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025Great fall break at Molly’s Beach Haven with our kids (4,6) and brother-in-law and sister-in-law! Enjoyed the 2 king beds for couples and bunk area worked great for the kids. Porches were great for morning coffee and evening drinks. The rentals location to the beach club was very convenient and we enjoyed beach going in the morning followed by pool time just steps away! Amenities and restaurants on site were also convenient. Appreciated that the Watercolor trolley service could get us close Seaside and was always very timely. We didn’t have too many questions come up during our stay, but property manager was also very responsive and was sure to check in during our stay. Another magical trip to 30A!
