Located within the village but without the noise! The unit is on the top floor and backs onto Florence Peterson park, a quiet green space. Excellent coffee shops, groceries, shopping and bars are seconds away.

Early checkin and late checkout may be available for a small fee.

Please let me know when you check out! It really helps me plan my day. Occupying the unit past checkout (10am) will result in a charge of $100 unless otherwise prearranged.

No additional guests inside my home other than the amount listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests inside my home will result in paying a fine of $200 and termination of your reservation without refund.

You are required to let me know for approval of any additional guests that may be joining you at any time.

No smoking, no pets and no parties. This is a building Bylaw. Breaking this rule will incur being charged $200

Quiet times between 10pm and 8am. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 FOR BREAKING THIS RULE.

If the unit is left excessively dirty/messy, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $100

There is a $150 charge to replace a lost key Fob.

    This superior property exceeds expectations. Everything, wonderfully appointed, creates a comfortable and luxurious stay. Communication and coordination went smoothly. Very convienent to everything... Provides great access to lifts (5 min walk) at the ‘far’ end of the village, though close to what’s really important... the grocery and liquor store. You don’t have to lug supplies.... also, seemed the proper restauruants for dining, and not just apres, were down our end. A wonderful property it an excellent location - and a million dollar view of both mountains, backed up to a quiet park, just right in the center of it all. Don’t hesitate - pull the trigger - this is the spot to be.

    The property itself is fine. I've filed a complain of this property for it's DISHONEST listing. The owner lied about it's WALK TO LIFT. It's 0.7 mile from lift and a 15mins walk in normal shoes, but with skis and in ski boots, that is a 20mins walk. I was looking for a place close to Lift, and saw this one advertise itself as Walk to Lift and believed it. I paid $450+/nt for this condo to be close to the lift. OWNER LIED. we ended up has to drive to the lift every day for our skiing I can book Westin for $200/nt for that same date I checked in and I really can walk to the Lift and yet pay $350 less a nt. Free Parking is not onsite. 5 mins drive to another property. It's a lot of inconvenient and yet owner didn't put this on her listing. I confronted the owner of the walk to lift lie and fooled me into paying double for her place. She didn't have an answer to that, Her reply was she had a family, a 3yrs. old to support. And she can charge so much because she got good reviews by others. I believe the ones gave this a 4/5 stars are the ones accepted it's true location and like the chic style condo. Some of those were from summer time stay, not for skiing. There is one review in 2016 did complain about it's far to the lift. It's true this place is not you can call WALK TO LIFT, and the owner should correct it's listing to reflect that so no more guess can be fooled into paying a premium for it. The units at the same building go for $250+ a nt.

    The minute you step out of the unit it’s a winter wonderland of beautiful lights! Whistler is magical in December. The unit easily accommodated four adults. Check-in was easy. Location is great with walking distance to everything. Parking is secure. Quiet location with view of the gondolas. Kitchen is well supplied for in unit meals. We would happily book here again.

    This was such a lovely place to stay in Whistler. Bright and beautiful apartment in a great location. Christian was an incredible host. He got back to us right away and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would for sure try to rent this apartment again!

    Very close to everything, very clean and exactly like the pictures. The binder with the restaurants including little notes of what the vibes were like at each place was handy.

    The unit was clean and comfortable. A cushy chair to replace the metal chair would be a recommended change to add to the comfort. The location was perfect for wandering the village.

    Everything was smooth till we opened the door of the suite. The curry smell in the suite was so overpowering to the point it made you feel nauseous from the smell. The owner came over immediately however he was rude and very aggressive, first comment was ..I can’t make people like you happy, so you should just leave. I explained I also have vacation rentals. He said it did not smell like that 2 hours prior. He suggested it was coming from another unit. This was impossible as there was no odour in the hall nor did the other tenants on each side have the smell in their units. He was running his a/c unit which I assume was to rid the place of the smell as the weather was not that warm to be running a/c in May in Whistler. He obviously knew of the problem and tried to put the blame on someone else. We told him we would go eat and come back to see if it had improved. We also encountered food in the refrigerator, the owner said it was his lunch but it certainly put us off on the cleanliness of the refrigerator. Lastly the patio was so dirty and he said it wasn’t patio season so he never cleaned it, however he said he had taken the tarp off the furniture that afternoon. When we returned at 11 pm 6 hrs later, the smell was the same so we left and had to search for another place to stay at 11 pm. The owner refunded our money and normally I would leave it there. However the owner was so rude and aggressive towards us I felt it necessary to provide this review.
