House was good, quiet neighbors, good access to pool area

What a wonderful condo! Very nicely furnished and equiped with all the essentials. Great communication with the owner.

We came down for a weekend wedding and really enjoyed the Modern x Boho home and all it's amenities. When we come back next year it will be for more then just two nights. Both the Owner and property manager were fantastic! We can't wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO with another couple. The location was excellent and very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities were great and well thought out. There was a pool just a few steps away with a hot tub which was nice on the cooler days. All of the information provided about the rental was clearly explained, and easy access to the owner with any questions needed which made check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free. The space worked perfectly for two couples, and we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Place is very nice and updated. Great location- beautiful backyard golf course view. All excellent!! Host was very quick to respond and very accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay at this upper floor condo. Nice neighborhood with plenty of pools to choose from! Would have enjoyed more seating options and table on the balcony, but since it was very hot, didn't spend much time out there. Nice view of the golf course. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Great bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely property. It was very clean, beds were super comfortable and the grounds and location were amazing. We especially enjoyed the fitness facility and tennis courts. We would gladly stay here again. Also the property manager (Kelly) was very easy to get a hold off, well organized and helpful.

My daughter and I felt very safe and the place was clean and convenient to Indian wells.

We stayed at the Modern Boho home for an extended birthday weekend and it did not disappoint! Very cozy and spacious home with all the accommodations needed! Great location to sight see palm desert or just relax by the pool! We will be back!

My Dad and I stayed here for the BNP Paribas Tennis tournament and it was the perfect location! With 10 min of the tennis center, very clean, clear communication with the hosts. Definitely recommend!

The unit had a specious layout, wonderful primary bed and bath, plenty of storage throughout, balcony overlooking a golf course with sun throughout the day, light and bright. Easy keyless entry. The main bath vanities and medicine cabinets held all your toiletries off the counter tops adding to uncluttered surfaces. The main shower had plenty of hot water with a strong spray. The unit had been updated in the recent past. Good kitchen layout, storage and eating nook. Communication with property management was responsive, clear and easy to contact. FYI - It is on the 2nd floor with steeper stairs. Had a great stay. Too bad it was booked for the following year or we would have booked it again.
