Modern waterfront gem with pools, direct beach access, WiFi & balcony

We enjoyed our stay here very much and will likely come back next year.

Nice remodel!!! Very nice place but we were somewhat disappointed. We have been vacationing for years in Atlantic Beach. The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. Disappointed in that there were absolutely no spices in the kitchen and the selection of cooking pans and kitchen tools was lacking. There were no games so we needed to buy some. If we were to bring our Grandchildren we would need to bring everything and that would be disappointing. My expectations may be high but I expected more amenities like simple spices and comfortable bedding. Overall, nice condo and washing machine and dryer were nice to have also.

We loved the location!

The room and location was very nice. The cleaners could have done a better job. When we arrived they were just leaving. They left behind their drinks sitting around they had for lunch. There were food crumbs and trash all on the floor that we had to clean up. Other than the cleanliness. Great room, great views. Will more than likely book again.

Cleanliness.

The condo was warm and inviting. Felt like home away from home. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. We watched the dolphins playing two days in a row. Also found lot of great seashells on the beach.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The living room and primary bedroom have really nice balconies with stunning views of the beach and sunset. The kitchen has everything you really need. There's a grocery store and local coffee shop less than a mile away. We hope to come back and stay for a little longer next time.

View of the oven is spectacular and the main patio furniture allowed us to spend many hours staring at the water.

2nd stay in the unit because I love the size and location! If my family doesn’t outgrow it, we will continue to book yearly for the annual vacation!

We have vacationed at Dunescape many times as a family. It’s great to have a pool and beach easily available.

condo was very nice- everything you need. just the bedding could be updated along with a few of the beds were not comfortable. but would return.

This is the perfect spot if you want a place to rest and relax without the hustle of the more popular beaches. The room was clean, and well stocked with anything you need. Can’t wait till next year!
